Agree. 2 teams releasing a Fallout and ES every 2-3 years, which gives 1 game 4-6year development cycle. In not a fan of these MP centric games so this doesn't speak to me. Plus FO4 is the worst FO from Bethesda
Octopath Traveler
God of War
Detroit: Become Human
Monster Hunter World
Celeste
The way this is written is that the game's ending made or broke the game. The Last of Us wasn't saved by its ending, it was good all the way through. This is more written like a good and bad ending list. Many of which I disagree with
It's $23 on PS4 right now. I paid $20 brand new a year ago.
You aren't finishing this game in 40-60hrs... maybe one or two of the eight character's individual stories.

Kalkano,
Octopath Traveler is 100% handcrafted and there is no repeat in design of every part of the world you go to. It's incredibly thought out.
I tell you that those clues are pretty low key... 😎
Classic JRPG style to follow is Octopath Traveler. Say no more to making these style of games hack'n'slash or chibis!
UK is very Xbox heavy. The rest of the world doesn't see these types of stats.
I have about 30 hours in right now and have only completed one chapter 2, but all the chapter one for all the characters. This is definitely a meaty game and I think it probably is around a hundred fifty hours to completion of everything. I've never in my life would have expected that we're going to bring it back so old school but go new school at the same time. Octopath traveler is incredible and I cannot wait for this to become a franchise
Can't access USGAMER since they have a locking pop-up demanding me to turn off my ad blocker.
I really liked what Bioware did with Sonic Chronicles. It was a really cool (Mario-like) RPG. I think Sonic can work very well outside of the A -> B Runner Platformer. I would like to see them sit down and figure out what Sonic needs. I think the game series could do well getting the Mario Oddyssey treatment of opening it up and doing some new things, but keeping mementos of the glory days in there.
I am nearly at LVL30 on my main protagonist and having 20+ hours in. There is so much to explore here and so much to see. What an adventure. I cannot see this game taking any less than 150hours to max out (unless you are cheating or exploiting something). I just started my 1st Chapter 2 segment and have done about 15-20 side quests. Its massive but never overwhelming. What a perfect JRPG.
It's good this way so I can tackle through the chapters at a healthy pace. If you strictly stick to the four characters and then swap to four more characters when you finish the first 4 characters stories, then you're basically starting all over. This way I can extend my gameplay and help gain a lot of XP by having strong characters that can defeat hard enemies fast.
I can then get Ophilia from 20 to 50 in no time for example, but in the mean time, I have given the Cler...
Oddworld Munch's Oddysee
I absolutely love the PS1 titles but the Xbox games just didn't have the same feeling as the original. I hyped up for Soulstorm but after New-n-Tasty, I have tempered expectations.
It's such a great title
This is not an article, this is a advertisement. If you go through the Articles link it's just a way for them to get ad revenue. It's annoying N4G gets flooded with this crap.
Legend of Zelda is not a role playing game.
Kat Bailey = She? Trap? 🤔
I would personally give this game no less than a 9. Who played it on PlayStation 4 and I think it's not only a beautiful game in his aesthetic, but it has open interpretation that's really deep and beautiful and it's dark palette. I played it to 100% completion and I think everything I experience was disturbing and intriguing. It's definitely a silent dependent wonder rank up with great games like Flower and Journey
