This game just keeps getting better and better.

It is unfortunate that Nintendo has had its hands in everything feature wise and at times never puts full effort into things.

What other 10's have Edge given out? Pretty curious now.

MGS4 an 8? Thats crazy.

6010d ago 8 agree4 disagreeView comment

You guys honestly think Edge is biased against PS3? (honest question) because I was unaware about the above comments.

No typo, that's the score

Nail on the head. Although this is coming from the makers of Heavy Rain.

More likely yes how soon, questionable. We have to remember that the motion tech in both camps outside Nintendo are "rushing" to get this out on the market to try and capture nongamer marketshare.

Obviously another Metal Gear is on the horizon and most likely it will be on a Sony platform, but to say the Wii won't get a Metal Gear because it's underpowered is going a little overboard imo.

Agreed, but what we were trying to say was not really if the MGS came to Wii, but brainstorming ideas that would make sense for the Wii in context with what Metal Gear Solid titles bring to the video game industry.

Unfortunately most gamers on here are not thinking about the features, but more just screaming "no" at the thought of Metal Gear coming to Wii.

99.99% sure this will never happen, but it is fun trying to think of how the series would come to ...

"The price of technology goes down over time. The examples in the book are the cosmetic industry, airlines, wine, and so on. While the price of those items rarely go down, technology is different in that price reduction is normal."

You need to read the book.

True but you could have made a better argument then copying and pasting a "critism" section from a Wikipedia page. Instead of google searching 'Blue Ocean Strategy', we would hope you read the above comment we made and wrote a critism about it instead of getting the "critism" from Wiki is all. ...

Lets put it like this -and we are trying not to bash the Wiis hardware here- the Wii's hardware is not powerful compared to the HD console so the Wii sells from a different type of feature, its ease of use (motioncontrols.

Lets say i have a product that is far less advanced, tech wise, then what is currently on the market. My main focus for this product is to sell as many of these as possible. Now if i start selling the product at the perfect Value Innovation ratio (what the co...

Microsoft and Sony are incumbents, meaning they have the best technology and hardware. When an incumbent undercuts their competition this is a good thing because they are at the top of the tier market wise. If the tech is at the maximum what other service could Microsoft or Sony provide more powerful than a price cut? What a new interface for Avatars? That didn't create more sales. How about Home? That didn't create more sales. Price cuts work for the leaders in tech and high end marketshare....

If you read the books of Clay Christenson and the Blue Ocean Strategy through all of those works show that price cuts are actually bad for prolonged sales and has only temporary affects.

When you are not an incubent undercutting(or price cutting) the competition is a good strategy, btu when you are the disruptor a price cut shows that the value of your product was overestimated by the company and customers then wait for the price of your product to getting even lower before buy...

Good scores all around especially for Muramasa, Mario & Luigi and NHL2K10?

What happened to Valhalla Knights? 4?

So at first the Wii sold like "hot cakes" because it was so cheap(compared to the ps3 and xbox a year ago). I remember the Ford/Ferrari comparison also.

Now people are saying the Wii is to expensive.....

People make up your minds.
