That's weird that people don't see that when there is a major hit like the price drop it outsells the PS3 by only a slight margin, this year the pattern was like that, last year no price drop was needed, it seems it will take price drops to outsell the PS3 if you are going by the pattern of this year, its very interesting to see the unit sale rate when the rpg's for PS3 come out and the FPS and TPS hit this fall and go against each other, oh yeah not to mention the Dark Knight

Although the writer does nix out some qualities of the 360, like its online that make it next gen, most of the point he made are true of that for PS3
Isn't the 360 becoming a PS3 by adding the components it didn't have earlier, although there are some things it can't add like Blu-ray for games
IMO true next gen is adding things that weren't there last gen and that innovate like the 360 online community, but also adding extra programming to the games to make them more...
So I guess we should condemn Sony because they are prolonging their last gen system and giving us a wonderful portable alternative

I disagree I have a PS3, and as much as I love the games I love the movies as well, seeing Casino Royale in HD is amazing not to mention the movie, and well Dark Knight coming out is going sell more consoles to the moviephiles and help bring in new gamers as the Wii is doing right now, SONY is not losing money to where they are going to "resign" if you believe that I have a bridge to sell you, they are the entertainment king and it is only beneficial for us if they do make money on ...
