It's a game, who cares. No one complains about depictions in shows/movies that the military or police are not accurate (obviously some movies are more real, but most are not).
I hope they do. That would make the others canon. Either that, or remake the old ones, with the same voice actors and story, similar gameplay, same planets, and dialogue, but they should add some more stuff whether it be a new planet or two, items, quests, and/or followers.
Who cares about graphics as long as they aren't pure shit? If the game was really good, with many, open worlds with lots of NPC's and quests. I couldn't bring myself to care about the graphics. If they're good, awesome, good graphics are always awesome, but graphics are secondary to story and gameplay.
A large frame drop is more than likely the difference between getting killed.
@RonsonPl, you were bitching about the CPU, and Star Citizen uses tons of resources that only a PC will be able to do. A good CPU is basically required for the game as it is very physics heavy. Also all the objects have hundreds of thousands of polygons and high quality textures to push any PC. It isn't a scam and if you think that, it is a rather expensive one in the fact of time and money. Plenty of promises are already shown and are in game. Play it.

Obviously trying to cash in on the continuous controversy of LGBULLSHIT. I really could not care less what a character's gender/orientation is, as long as it isn't forced, which, if a company has to come out to announce such a character, will likely be forced. That kills games. *cough* Inquisition.
Freaking great news. Playing the SHIT out of it. First Multiplayer FPS in a long time I full on enjoyed like this and this is by far, the best Battlefield since Bad Company 2. The change of setting is great, even if it isn't super accurate. I hope everyone out there plays this game if they haven't already. It will strike a history chord if you were never interested in the Great War before.
Cause people like playing one of the greatest games of all time. I doubt 7 will be near as good as 4 with the change in perspective.
4 Gigs is fine. Ram doesn't define graphics or speed. If the OS is made well, we could have 3-3.5 gigs of ram for games and that is plenty as long as it is high speed ram.
They talk about authenticity, but it is a game. You gotta have limits. Only game that is as authentic as it gets without it being nothing but death and waiting is Verdun. But BF1 is rather authentic. The game takes place mostly towards the end of the war (1918) and a lot of those weapons were starting to appear. Plus almost all of the settings that happened, that were shown in the game, are events that didn't take place in trenches. Sure, knock a point out for authenticity, but not 4 fuck...
BF1 was a very smooth release for me. On PC, BF4 was garbage for MONTHS. I am glad they finally released a good, stable Battlefield. Plus, this one is the best Battlefields since, for me, Battlefield 3, and the change of settings is very fresh.

6. A lot of people don't do subscription based things. Only game I buy from EA is Battlefield so Access would be a waste.
