Simple answer, yes considering the playerbase decreased by a large amount.
Coming from a PC gamer who games at 1080p and 2k, this is the best looking game I have ever played besides Witcher 3 with SweetFx, and from the screenshots alone, the game looks literally twice as good. You can see the details a lot more clearly, from the wrinkles on his head, to wetness and texture on his shirt, to his freaking chest hair. That stupid yellow filter was removed and, although it may be the lighting/filter, the characters look a lot less plastic-y.
It looks like time of day difference really. The E3 looks a bit worse cause you can really see the aliasing on Sully and Nathan in those first 30 seconds or so. Anyone who see a "downgrade" prove it cause nothing looks worse or better, no dirtier textures, no bad particles, no downgrade to characters, nothing. I personally like the colors better.

Reason only a city is visible from space. It isn't "American" talk. It is pretty much true. Most people do not have electricity or food besides minimal stuff.

Just buy MW1 on the PC. It can run on most modern PC's now running off integrated graphics perfectly fine. Lobby's are still very full and the community is alive.

UC4 will, if following the hype, be one of the greatest action adventure games ever made. It will live on in a lot of ways.
I hated the series since the transition to this gen. Ghosts was GARBAGE though even moreso than AW or BOIII. They always make the trailers look bad-ass, but if what they say is true, and they decide to go back to a great story, it may be decent but Ill wait till a sale or something, and if they're smart, just but the CoD 4 remake.
I mean, only redheads get red when they tan, I get almost as dark as an Native American during Summer. Also explain all the people that go down to Florida pale, and a few shades darker when they return?

It was a minimum effort game. Looked fucking gorgeous but that was it... Became dead within a year and sucked. If they want a MP ONLY game they need a lot more than fucking dance moves.
Eh, I can wait, I am buying a PS4 this summer. And even if I didn't decide to buy ones, we still have PLENTY of games on the platform, a massive amount of GOOD RTS games, good survival games besides overrated Minecraft, many shooters, although mostly competitive, more and varied Indies, horror games, although many shit ones, the good ones are what matter, simulators, and the chance to play "last" gen games on the highest settings with mods such as Fallout 3. Sports games are not...
It does NOT have more games for children. AT all. Also some of those "kid" games aren't bad for adults for either platform. Also PC is most definitely better for "hardcore" shooters with TF2 and CS:GO alone.
Looks good, never had too much of an issue with the original but I like it! Looks more clean and quick to use!
