It is true though. People who already have it may keep it, but anyone who knows about the split with Windows 10 and the one, that already has a PC or plans on building one, will simply not buy a One now, and people I know who are into PC gaming are selling their One's.
Scorpio and Neo are both bad ideas. It really separates the player base.
Still play BF2, modded on PC. Others should buy it. It isn't hard to run at all. This game, I got bored with the Beta in 5 hours and playing it at friend's houses is a chore after an hour.
@Sharky
Windows 10 will try to compete with Steam and will fail. It is garbage. They really need to fix their issues and implementation.
@DarkWolf_NZ
It changed for me back in 2012 I went from console to PC cause I really wanted to mod Fallout, World at War, and Elder Scrolls. And once I tried, I loved it. Still have my mid range PC from back then running games fine with only a upgrade to ram, and soon a full upgrade. Honestly, I do miss the PS exclusives quite a bit; Uncharted or Ratchet and Clank just to name a few, but I emulate the old PS2 games and all the multiplats and GOOD indies run better and sell for cheape...
@Kiwi66
There are always 'recycled' franchises each gen.
@martinatalex
You need a good CPU to actually handle the power. If the CPU is the exact same for the new consoles, then it is there are gonna be issues
@Xmarkthespot
Can you link where you got all this information on the PS4 Neo's power? Plus 'better' network, and controller options is an opinionated statement. I also wanna know how many people own usel...
No, both will play 1080p 60+fps neither will play 4k any more than 30.
@Unspoken
I can look at posts from a few years ago and still see people caring as much if not more about the games. The power is simply a bonus and a decision for people who want prettier/better performing multiplat games. And for years Sony also had more and more varied IP's. Now Xbox this year is getting a bunch of unique IP's, but so is Sony although a majority will be coming next year.
No. It isn't comparable at all. Ubisoft half asses the SP most times or removes it completely. So Wildlands with AI will probably include a retarded squad that runs into walls and only follows the most basic of commands. Ghost Recon was a simulator and became worse as Ubisoft bought it and worse after Advanced Warfighter 2. GTA V is brilliant because the SP and MP is outstanding both ways. Forza is way to different to compare as a racing game is always competitive. Halo hasn't been go...
@_-EDMIX-_
People who say stuff like that are very annoying. The problem is, companies will NEVER fix it as long as people do buy the ass games. So people who want something different are SOL because sheep always buy in flocks. I have only had a handful of AAA games in the past 3 years that I have actually enjoyed as most of them follow the same or similar formula that gets boring after the second or third time for me and some others.
Witcher 3 is a massive ...
Ghost recon hasn't been well since Advanced Warfighter 2. Future soldier was complete garbage trying to fake depth, when it had nothing at all to it.
Execution is always so much less than what is shown or promise. Look at the Division.
60-80 dollars stacks over time. It is a cheap tactic. I own a $1200 rig, and am not worried about money, but what happens when they keep doing it repeatedly and more often? That 80 turns to 160 to 240 to 320, a whole console just for a few games. Throwing the poor insult around is petty anyway, but what should I expect from someone whose account is called ChiefKeef?
Sorry, but it is a cheap ass tactic to sell Infinite Warfare. Don't insult someone who is correct, cause I am sure he is enjoyed CoD 4, but why the fuck would he pay $80 for a game?
I refuse to buy it unless they sell it separate for $30.
That is sad. MW2 is one of the worst balanced CoD's. Nostalgia is blinding although the game is fun, it isn't the best.
Fans do it all the time in general. If someone is a fan of a company, they can wait. I have waited years for some games and hardware. I prefer, as most people SHOULD prefer, is waiting for the game to be ready, polished, and well made with content, instead of rushed out. Not just a Sony fanboy thing.
I mean, if a bunch of "unbiased" sites are coming up with consistant results, I am sure the testing will be fairly accurate. Not like you can underclock a console.
Roughly. My old GTX 660 runs games similarly and that is 1.9Tflops vs the 1.84 or whatever on PS.
No reason to keep a One.
