Uptown, read this whole comment and try to understand it before considering what anyone has told you. All racing games this gen on their release or point of release are basically demanding. ALL. Forza does have a terrible in game crowd and no weather and day and night cycle. But it does have as close to life size tracks and allot of cars. And good physics. Why would you state x1 owners. Not all of us are the same. That's what's really annoying if when someone that owns a ps4 thinks that those that all x1 owners are the same. Yes we all know the Ps is stronger but not like it's running 1080p 60fps max settings, just as the x1. And what sucks is its gonna be like that for a long time for both until the next Gen hopefully. Gaming pc is the way to go as technology is moving forward into 4k. Our consoles are stuck like this for awhile.
Jmc, your numbers don't make sense for the first set of fps you commented. All you did was 60x.7 and 30x.7
Your looking at fps like a profits or such. It takes more power out of hardware the higher your starting base fps or resolution is to improve. If it takes x so much power to get 30 doesn't mean you just need double that x to get to 60.

Mkai: opening ports have nothing to do with the process you just described. It deals with the router. Look up port forwarding.
If your friends list is down that often, you might be having DNS server issues. Do some research on DNS servers, it should help. Back on 360, when I adjusted mine, the full friend list loaded up almost instantly. Should help with certain load times to.

Fact. I spent a decent amount of money on my gaming pc first, after getting an Xbox one, cause the Playstation 4 only had better looking bushes in Gta5, only thing that really stood out.
Every update that devs got helped with making games better on the X1 like Diablo and Destiny. Help them achieve frame rate/resolution and so on. Microsoft makes this kind of stuff. They make OS and such. Sony's doesn't really make this kind is tools. Yes they have their ICE and such but, their not on MS level. What Phil first said is coming from a guy that knows that dx12 won't affect the end user much, as it would affect studios and devs. But like I said in the first place, ever...
Mrsec. I don't believe the Ps4 is really a advanced as you think. Everything's basically of the shelf. But yes it does have gddr5. But the pc used to make is games probably run ddr3. So that really doesn't feel advanced now. PS3 with the Cell I would think was more advanced. Only comes down to utilizing it.

Everything you listed isn't true for everyone. The X1 has gotten better since I got it when released. The party chat loads a ton faster. I'll admit it lags a little if your loading up a game, or other stuff going on. Destiny,Bf4, and Neverwinter or some the best games I've played yet. GTA took the most time to download off the disk to internal hard drive. Now I have an SSD external, and games are a whole lot faster. All I know is it is suggested to have less cores, higher clock, then more cores, less clock when it comes to gaming on pc. Games are supposedly optimized to run on so many cores. More cores are usually suggested if there's more work load, or multitasking. Having 14 to 16/more cores necessarily doesn't mean more power behind a Game. He didn't mean that they should over clock the x1.He's just saying that the hardware doesn't change, yet overclocking improves hardware. Agree with voice recognition. Sometimes I'll scream xbox record that during something crazy and it doesn't respond. But if I talk normal it works fine. After getting headsets, it's been allot better
Totally agree the UI is sluggish. Snapping messages takes too long for when your in a multilayer game. And the game DVR. Sucks waiting to save a clip longer then 30 seconds if your trying to save a larger one while in a mp game.

Yeah allot of people haven't figured out that your suppose to use your pointer finger that's on the trigger to click the bumper. Some people I guess are still used to the bumper clicking in from any corner like the 360 controller. But overall this controllers way better and precise.
