You should relax, I've had this name for awhile. Doesn't mean I only own an xbox. Xbl issues aren't world wide and only affect certain online features, multiplayer. An external hard drive is just as easy to deal with like ps4 internal. Ps4 limited by 2.5 and requires computer to switch hard drives. Both systems benefit from Ssd but limited by sata2. Gotcha ya. Apps since the new dashboard have been known to have load issues. Port forwarding with upnp enabled can cause conflict. Port triggering would be that more fitting. Do your own multiple Xboxs in the same home? 360 and or x1's?
Writing to internal hard drive is what can take a while. Writing to external that doesn't have anything less then Sata3 is allot faster. Better then the PSN download speed cap that was discovered. Took me and a buddy a while to figure out why he wasn't getting most of his Internet bandwidth on the PS4.
