I never played the other Monster Hunters, but I noticed that if you take out the genuine pointless filler missions in MH:W the game is like 2 hours long.
An immense shame, because if the game was a proper length, it may have been my GOTY.
Man it would be great to see them add content to this game instead of just more skins and cheesy CGI Disney shorts to scam the kiddies with.

Funding a MMO/SP game is a big order to fill bud, things this size take time. The only things made in a couple years are interactive movies or arena shooters.
You shouldn't feel bad for people funding this game, most are patient because they understand a little more on how large scale video games are made.

That's what I love about cartoon graphics on this current gen. Since they aren't good enough to make games look real life yet the games that are semi-cartoon like Ratchet and Clank and this really shine. I'd say it almost looks Pixar quality. And because of that I expect it will age very well as time goes on.
