Definitely. That was one of the worst PC ports in recent history.
If Max Payne 3's PC version is anything to go by, GTA V PC should be pretty damned stable.
I just played Tekken 2 against a friend a few days ago. The moon jumps in that game put Halo's to shame.
It'll be so awesome to experience this game with anti-aliasing and 60fps. Been playing the PS3 version the past few days and all the jaggies are very apparent, and the game rarely stays at 30fps, very commonly dipping into the lower 20's and sometimes below that, especially when going underwater and such.

Revelations is indeed canon.
I played Revelations last summer for PC, and enjoyed it thoroughly. Very much worth the playthrough, though last I checked, the PC version is pretty overpriced on Steam, lol. It was $49.99 last I saw, which was about a month or so ago.
Definitely would be down to play a sequel. It's pretty mind-blowing how Revelations, a game meant for the 3DS of all things, pretty much nailed the "classic" Resident Evil atmosphere infinitely better than RE6 did.
Saints Row 1 was the only game where anyone could come close to saying it didn't display both genders equally. Though you couldn't create a female protagonist in SR1, it still had it's fair share of badass women characters, like Lin.
