It's not that one thing can't handle theother, it's that it is easier to port from a PS3 to 360 than the other way around. Lame analogy- but it's like you make a smaller shoe it will be harder to fit on a larger foot, than it would be to make a bigger shoe and then fit onto a smaller foot
