Well thats how it goes with halo, everyone just wanted to "finish the fight" so they bought it, they mostly didn't care for bad or good reviews, they just wanted to see the epilogue. Like yesterday I went to Resident Evil: Extinction, I knew the movie wasn't too good, but I just wanted to see end of the trilogy, cuz I saw the first two parts. I liked the first one, the secound one was good and the third one ok... huh, almost as Halo, imo :D
Well, we don't know how really widespread it is, but thats what I wanted to say, nothing is perfect, so there is no need to be all fired up and cursing over a news article. Besides, that is how it started with RROD, everyone thought it's nothing serious, just some neglected people, but look how it turned out...

Just because some of your PS3 are working doesn't mean that all are, the same was with RROD. This is an issue! So if a part users has this problem, then everyone should be notified of it. Don't get all rilled up, just because now the PS3 is bricking. Just lets hope it's not too widespread and can be cured with an update.
I hope at last get my PS3 for Christmas when I will get my unused vacation check. But for now I'm bored, sold my PS2 in the summer and now I just play Fallout 2, Red alert 2 or CivIV on the lowest possible settings, with slowdowns and in window mode(cuz my monitor supports only 800x600) on my crappy PC :/ Hope in 2008 it'll turn around, with my favorites like MGS, FF and hopefully Ace Combat 6 :/
I have to say I buy! but just becouse I don'thave a pc with a net and it saves me the trouble of finding the game file which will work and maybes srewing up couple of dvd's doing so! And it's better to buy a 30gig game/movie and not try to download it.

Do you know what they used a program to simulate facial expressions, it just makes mouth move similar to how it would look in real life, that is just a big help for devs, as you don't need to mo-cap tons of dialog. But mo-cap will always be better!!! And nothing can topple HS for they're facial mo-cap... As for Uncharted, to me it looks good, little better then Mass Effect.
