It seems, that some of you live in my country.

Here are links of one net store which sells consoles among other stuff. Scroll bellow the specification text and look at the first blue X, where it say's "Ražotāja garantija: x mēneši" or in english- Manufacturers Warranty: x months. And see how much months each console gives here

PS3- http://www.xnet.lv/index.ph...
Xbox360-

I/we got 2yr warranty for my ps3 and we don't get 3yr warranty for the 360, but just 1yr :P

But all I can say- the beta had the same problem, so I doubt it's you wireless.

I at least pre-ordered the blu-ray version, with the headset for 30 pounds. So, it's a bargain.

As far as the whole game goes, I think the preview sums it up. I loved the the game beta, but I hated the errors. Also, this is my first SOCOM game too.

In short, the game is a blast, if you overlook those errors and if you see a good deal with the headset, then don't hesitate to buy.

but I'm gonna wait for reviews. The gameplay was excellent, but the execution was not top notch in the beta. I just wanna make sure that they got it all worked out, before I make a purchase in these awsome game packed moths.

I really don't see how Home could possibly push consoles. As you said, it's a benefit and not a deciding point. No one buy's consoles based on one feature, you gotta have more than that. Besides, we still don't know how Home will turn out, I was hyped when I first heard it, but now I don't care :/

That's why I said, my pc can only keep dreamin' lol

Yeah, I now I need an upgrade, but now I'm more looking forward to buying an HDTV, so I could enjoy my PS3, instead of buying a brand new pc.

I'm really looking forward to this, the only problem would be my pc capable of even dreaming about running it :/

First off, I wasn't in an argument about Alan Wake's facial animation, I was comparing HS, Uncharted and ME. As far as technical aspect goes, ME is superior, due to the fact, all facial animations where computer generated to the written dialogue. Which can be a cheap way to capture large amounts of dialogue, with good results, thus saving money, but it's never gonna top a real mo-cap with actors.

And what does facial animations have to do with "...user interface, or any capa...

Visually it was ok, nothing spectacular and nothing bad either, had some nice quirks. But the gameplay is where it's at, was skeptical at first, but damn, the demo felt really addicting, even managed to play it twice, which I do very rarely.I would really want to buy it at day 1, but there are too many games coming out now, so I'll prolly wait til it hit's a bargain deal and then buy it. But yes, to all those who have bigger wallet's then mine- a must buy!

Sorry, but I agree with CViper, HS take the cake by a mile. Uncharted next in line. Though I haven't played ME, but what I have seen from the videos, it definitely doesn't come close to those two. Yes, maybe acting was a little over done on HS, but damn, it's the first game where I could sense sarcasm from expression alone, a game where the dialogue isn't even needed to understand what characters are trying to say, at least that's my take on it. And I was really surprised that MGS4 was really...
