Seeing the intelligence of Don Mattrick I think they would of raised the price $600 if Sony went first because that man is just that stupid.

Unless there running intel processors at like 4.5ghz or higher there is no reason to use a god damn h100 its a $120 cooler, I can see them using like a $30 hyper 212 but not a $120 water cooler, I bet the cpus in those pcs were 3930ks highly overclocked.
Back when they showed off the original gears of war they faked the screenshots by running the game on PC with 4k textures at way above max settings.

PC version > PS4 Version > Xbox one version.
Those were gaming Pcs not dev kits for god sakes why would a dev kit have an h100 water cooler and a see through windows on it. \
Even Microsoft itself hates windows 8.
It does not look like the PC version maxed because the consoles are AMD and to run this game maxed you need Nvidia to take full advantage of PHYSX.
The other 20% should all be fired.
I'm getting it on PC just for physx.

Microsoft has shown all their exclusives Sony has more being shown at gamescon.
Its the same cpu, that would be up to the devlopers and how good the operating system is on how well it can utilize those 8 cores.
Don't forget though they are jaguar cores which suck :(
Why they went with power saving cores over powerful cores the world will never know. I fthey used an fx 8350 and utilized all 8 core it would be better than intels i5 and about the same as the i7.

Project cars is better in my opinion.
Now theres new consoles out a price cut is about to hit.
But the Wii U is current gen and most of the games are native 1080p.
The ouya is a tegra 3 which is junk, if it was a tegra 4 you might of turned a few heads.
Rockstar could of stolen E3 if they showed off GTA 5 there running on next gen consoles or PC.
Lol 1080p is not a next gen feature, almost every PC game released this generation is native 1080p. The consoles gpus were not good enough to pump out 1080p so the console version were 720p.
