Wasn't there a max payne sequal announced? If the next xbox is coming in 2010, then when is that supposed to come out? I'm sure alan wake is coming 2009 so would that mean the next max payne won't come out this gen? Aren't the max payne people working on alan wake?
I always expected it to come out in 2009. A friend of mien is really excited about this one. I'm sure the extra dev time will do the game well.

Some people are buying their first 360 this year because of GTA4. I wonder how they're gonna feel they're only gonna have a year to play withit until microsoft rushes yet another console onto the market to gain an upperhand.
They're two completly different games. Most people will only be able to play one or the other so how are they "competing"? The only competition going on here is fanboy flame wars resulting in every single peice of leaked news regarding these games.
I still can't fathom how this game is getting 10's all across the board, while so many people are dissapointed with it. I've seen way more people satisfied with other games that have came out so far and they've all gotten 8.5-9.5's

I depserately need a football game so I'm buying madden 09. I didn't buy 08 out of principle, but since this year's version is 60 fps I'll pick it up. Finally some damn football for me.

I didn't say it would be better, ratchet and clank is one of my favorite games of all time, just saying it's an obvious attempt to go up against ratchet and not LBP.

I dunno it kinda seems like a wii game. I was hoping they'd focus more on the platforming and not the mini games.
