tech specs aren't important to an extent. If the consoles were within 10% theoretical power of each other, it would come down to some of the things crossing eden said. But from the way it sounds right now, they definitely aren't within 10% of each other...
IDK why people are so obsessed with RAM. faster ram isn't what makes certain PCs more powerful than consoles... It all about the CPU and GPU, and the PS4's GPU is better than the XB1's GPU. Ram really isn't that important. Hopefully the cost of ram for MS and Sony hasn't shot up as much as it has for consumers. last fall you could easily buy 2 4GB 1600 sticks of DDR3 for $40, but those same sticks are retailing for $60 to $80

You don't need a $500 graphics card to produce better graphics than a PS4. First of all, we haven't seen a multiplatform game to compare PC to next gen, but a $250 GPU will probably be able to produce better visuals than the PS4 AT LAUNCH. PS3 launch games looked like shit compared to the last of us, and other newer PS3 games.

It's pretty easy to learn. I went from knowing nothing about computers to knowing a lot in less than a few weeks just from watching how-to videos and googling terms I didn't understand once every few days.
I think the final build will be a lot more efficient. The FPS drop from 4xMSAA to no MSAA is extremely small. In BF3 and other games, it is a pretty significant drop.
It will make all of the xbox fans switching to the ps4 happy. It doesn't make sense to us that guns have triggers and the dualshock has triggers, but you shoot with the bumper things lol
