I've been thinking of GTA V as I thought of GTA San Andreas. They are both sendoffs to the generation they were released on.
Many more people will have PS3 and 360 than people that have xbox One and PS4. And almost everyone with a PS4 and One will also have a 360 or PS3. They aren't going to miss out on the biggest game of the year just because it's not on the newest platform.
Who would preorder anything from blockbuster?

This code is obviously an easter egg. The code doesn't mean anything. The id="dinosaur" part is how the area will be formatted, and I don't think the rel in the rel="vertebrates" part does anything at all to <div> tags. So this by no means confirms or denies dinosaurs, but I don't think we'll see them :(

It is NOT nearing Just Cause 2 size. Just Cause 2 was Four HUNDRED square MILES. that means 20 miles by 20 miles. it was huge, but filled with large areas of repeating textures, and empty spaces.

I wouldn't say it was a disappointment, but when compared to san andreas it definitely wasn't as good.

I hope they aren't compromising the above ground areas to make room for the sea. Just doesn't seem like it would be nearly as fun spending time in water compared to running around on land.

It could work in multiplayer. I saw somewhere (which is to say that it may or may not be true) that every multiplayer game would use dedicated servers. In multiplayer games, the server could handle some of the processing power required by the game and send the data to the xbox.
More and more PCs are going completely to the cloud. The client PC sends mouse and keyboard inputs to the server, which handles everything else, and sends a video-feed back to the user's PC, which ...

In the context, the guy from avalanche meant that the PS4's drivers are more mature than the Xbox's. Drivers can dramatically increase the power of components, but unless Sony stops updating theirs, the Xbox will be behind no matter what.
