OK, we've been seeing articles about DX12 for months and the possible benefits of it, but enough is enough. I only want to hear when actual developers are making actual improvements to games using it.

Actually, the next gen console versions (for any multiplat, not just GTA V) would have access to more RAM, since EVERY PS4 and XB1 has 8GB of RAM, where not every PC has the same. However, even the most advanced PC games I play never use more than 3GB of RAM, most of the time below 2GB, and my 2GB VRAM is never too little. If they use more, that's just bad programming right now.
Exactly. It's not like these VPNs would have a better ping than an EA server either. There's a reason why they didnt include any ping comparisons to back up their point.

DICE has had a separate team working on DLC since at least BF3. It's not the DLC team's fault that their coworkers on the other side of the imaginary wall can't fix the bugs in the main game. People complain that they released the game too early, yet when they delay DLC (that shouldn't come out till fall anyways) to fix bugs, they complain that it's delayed... people will never be happy.
I hope that when and if they make it, it is nothing like BF3 or 4's play style, and they go back to the fun style of the first two bad company games. BC2 was one of my favorite games of all time, whereas BF3 and BF4 were big letdowns.

I built a PC two years ago for $700 (including all PC components, windows license (Dreamspark), 2.1 channel speakers, gaming keyboard and mouse) that still produces better graphics in multiplat games than either XB1 or PS4 and I don't pay yearly fees and I spend MUCH less on games. OK this statement makes no sense. The hardware in these consoles won't ever change, so the "raw power" will not change either. So if they can't match the "raw power" of a decent gaming pc now, it won't ever match it.
