It created a psychological drive to push the boundaries. Bioshock had a pretty looking CGI trailer too. Although in game not as good, it still was a good looker.

It's the motion controls and price. Notice there isn't "games" on my little list. How long will motion sensing appeal last? Price reduction is their only lifeline/trump card. Question of games, well how much faith has Ninty got now that they own anyway regardless of games?

I use to have an obsession with "real new" games. But nowadays, it's become mainstream to keep discs and manuals in draws covered in plastic wrap. And TBH, I could hardly be bothered to fuss anymore.
