Personally I have no use for motion controls right now but I have tried them all extensively. I own a Wii and have lost interest in it long ago. I prefer hands on with a controller in hand kicking back in my recliner when I game. Maybe my opinion will change when more complex games are released that make excellent use of motion controls. That probably wont happen till 2011.
Black Ops is a lot more balanced than MW2.

Of course it's being neglected by the sheer fact this device doesn't cater to the core user base. That in itself is neglect. Add to that the increase in XBL, insane marketing campaign for Kinect, money spent on R&D for this device, future advertising, money spent on studios to further support Kinect and all the while where are the games for the core crowd that you wont find on other consoles?

Sony is giving casuals an option to join the PS3 party while not forgetting their core fanbase. MS is doing the exact opposite. They are going hard after kids and soccer moms while making empty promises to their core base. I have been gaming for over 30 years and I would rather actually play games than go through the motions pretending too on extreme casual shovel ware. I don't own either Move or Kinect but have both both extensively at a friends that purchases nearly every thing that is released. There is no contest which one has better more complex controls. Or which one will work will nearly any game, in any genre from casual shovel to complex hardcore titles.
