I have played a couple races in GT5 already and now I am doing the full install of the game. I have also played NFS:HP. To say NFS looks better is flat out embarrassing and screams GIVE ME HITS!
I am a racing fanatic. I have played them all this generation and GT5 "graphically" has no equal when it comes to the racing genre. So how can you take anything they say seriously after that?

I am in the market for a headset and I was going to pick up the new Astro A40 wireless. I don't care what they cost but I want 5.1 audio. I want to be able to hear people sneaking up on me while playing FPS games. Also the Astro's have adjustability to balance the mic with the game sound so one doesn't over power the other. That is definitely a huge plus because I do a lot of onlin...
If it was released on the 360 it would come on 4 disc and melt the console.
PD would never make a racer for the 360 since they prefer their games be played with and are designed for a 900 degree FFB wheel.
Forza 3 is designed for MS's 270 degree plastic wheel. I should know, I own both but I ended up shelling out for a Fanatec 911 S. It works okay with Forza but it works best when you adjust the 911S to 270 degrees. Thankfully I wont have that problem...

That's exactly why Sony doesn't spend needless (wasted) money on marketing. They know their consumers pay attention and don't need incentives or glitz and glamour to purchase their games. Most of their top tier exclusives sell consistantly for months, if not years.

I never go to Gamestop for games. I either hit Best Buy or in this case my 24 hour Walmart. Why deal with pimply face kids and have to deal with all that "would you like to preorder this, or that, or would like to sign up for ....., or if you purchase a strategy guide with the game you will get yadda yadda."

If you review an online game (which is half the value of GT5) before the online is ready than your opinion of that game is not worth sh*t. It's like most of the moronic sites that posted reviews of Warhawk, an online only game, before the online was even activated.
Not that reviewers have any credibility to begin with but their hypocrisy can only go so far.

You might lose your _______ (see above for details) credentials and have to resort to making actual worth while statements on N4G instead of making the usual immature nonsensical self loathing ones.
Because a wheel makes a HUGE difference with GT games. More so than any other racer I have ever played but I know a ton of gamers that either can't afford or simply don't have the room for a wheel. They all love the GT series and to them no racer is better than GT, reviews be damned.

Forza 3 is the best sim game that is designed for a 270 degrees of rotation wheel? LOL! Good one man. I just woke up from playing GT5 all night after midnight launch. Greatest racer I have played this generation bar none and I have them all, including Forza 3.
