I believe those techniques are more for 3rd party.. 1st party they have said will be built for native 4k..
Who knows how it'll play out.. but it makes sense as 3rd party isn't going to specifically develop for Scorpio..

Make the best machine for 3rd party, sign cod and destiny deals, profit...lol

Crazy.. but I bought and beat it on 360 then bought it again for xb1.. lol.. I really enjoyed it and apparently GTA online was fixed and thriving and ive been meaning to check it out

games will be made as they are today on PC.. only fixed hardware which makes life much easier... made with 4k assets and will scale down as low as it needs to for xb1 or they strip some intensive features if need be..

It would have been delayed again if they felt it was close and the reasons were legitimate (ie the win10/co-op assumptions).
