elite would be the best fit, along with the elite controller
but i believe theyve already used that so it would be a bit confusing.. toss up for what they end up with
lol.. sony invented "pro" now?
What's mine? I made it pretty clear.. and it doesn't matter if it's games, consoles or phones, the point remains the same..
Selling the most doesn't mean you are the best, it means you were most popular... It can be both as well, don't get me wrong..
But grandmother's think all game consoles are "PlayStation" and it's been Synonymous with console gaming for 20 years.. just like a game like cod, Titanfall is a better g...
and amazing 10/10 games wont sell close to the worst COD game... whats your point exactly?
Why does everyone now think Scorpio is some crazy showcase for new tech or something and it'll cost a fortune..
It's a low-mid grade PC by today's standards.. lol.. Rx 480 is about 6tf and under 300 RETAIL right now..
edit... its only impressive for the console space and all the hardware is currently available now at an affordable price.. they are partners with AMD and wont pay anything close to retail. they also dont go into production for a...
its kind of like ndp.. its a market research firm, been around awhile...
Well that's easy.. they have said it's not a new generation.. you seem to have the short memory here.. it's also the same architecture it's built on..
You don't want them compared to each other because one is more powerful.. nothing more
Scorpio is an obvious codename to me, no way they'll stick with it..
But that's when they buy most of them. Nothing stopping anyone from picking them up when it's convenient for them.. but that is the reason why sales are down imo
and none of these games are sony or ms releases... all 3rd party
Too many titles released in a short time frame.. many also just splurged on a ps4p or vr etc and have limited funds to pick up 3 fps games at the same time
It's very sad.. the game is way better then it's player count shows..
Can only hope it really was all timing.. eventually people will come around..especially with the sales and the fact it's just better then it's competition lol
I was horrible when I started playing... But I remembered feeling that way with the first, even when switching between say bf and if..
At least for me, it takes awhile to adjust to the speed and movement.. after a few games, I was thoroughly in my element again..
You are right about the player base issue tho.. I play at the NYC data center (24ms ftw! Lol) and I think 20k is the highest I've seen so some modes are pretty sparse
Hopi...
I didn't play the beta but played the hell out of the first game.. this is feeling just as good tbh
They made the movement a little deeper, as in you actually have to work a little bit to maintain your speed.. but other then that, I'd be hard pressed to find many differences besides the obvious addition of content.
Can only assume they have a Xbox Japan office over there, they have a budget and a job.. to try and sell Xbox to Japan, as futile as that may be..
Not really shocking or surprising at all
Being x86 and essentially using off the shelf amd hardware, those days are long gone..
I'm Canadian.. even the 1070 is like 500 lol..
Never meant to say it's a bad choice or you wouldnt get more for your money etc.. simply that the $300 every 3 years is still less then you'll pay as a PC gamer.. not to mention the constant urge to upgrade, all the power to you if you can resist for years..
Didn't really factor in game prices as that's greatly dependant on the person but it's a valid point.. it may be cheaper over tho...
So much better to need a new $500 gpu every few years.. don't forget a complete Mobo/CPU/ram/PSU overhaul a year or two after that..
I don't see how you can claim PC to be the cheaper route with a straight face lol..
Of course it was bad for them.. depending on yearly releases is all well and good but it becomes very hard to constantly sell a new game on the same old hardware.. how much can you improve Fifa or Madden in 8 games with the same ol hardware? Gotta think by the 4th or 5th game, they have done all they can..
I
To start.. I can't be bothered to read the entire thing..
But how exactly can hardware hurt software? It's nothing but a hunk of plastic without it
They do.. have you never noticed they make the same damn articles every month?
What's with the disagrees? It's the same batch of articles every month for 3 years.. us, UK, worldwide, gap changes etc.. they milk the console war for all its worth but for what its worth, i dont even think its quite 2:1
