With that "and" in there, that already destroys half of the fanboys rants about PS4 Pro not being true 4k due to the fact not every game that comes out on it is 4k. I don't want to talk shit about the Scorpio, because that isn't the issue or topic, it's the PR spinning that irks me.
Moving goal posts. 4k is resolution. If they want to say they're using 4k everything, fine, but don't move goal posts and try to redefine what resolution is and build hype on alternate definitions for phrases or words that are already well defined.

I think it was a rushed port. The FPS looks like this was unoptimized. For what is displayed on the Switches screen, I would think it could lock an average of 30 fps. Inexcusable, imo.

What would you do in this situation, after you've launched a major product that was detrimental to your company image and possibly future? I would keep selling the full package and replace the faulty docks. They are going to want install base and if they fucked up, they will do what it takes to keep the numbers going up, including take the L for a bad design decision.

End of 2019, early 2020. PS4 has too much momentum to move on to 5 just yet.
It's better to trojan horse the Switch itself than deal with the dock issues and pull the console entirely.
Pull the dock, get that shit fixed, re-release the dock and going forward, the fix would OF COURSE be present within the full package.
