Mike, while I generally despise Blizz and Wow, you can't deal in absolutes. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I've said it. There are people in groups that enjoy stuff that we do not. Don't count on it. I game on PC and strive for 60 fps whenever I can, which is about 90% of the time on maxed out settings @ 1440p. I have no problem going over to console and enjoying a good game, even if it's 30 fps. I'm speaking about Horizon Zero Dawn. A freakin' pillar of standard for such a well optimized game for how huge and complex it's world is.

I have experienced some dips here and there. Oddly it was during parts of the game where there would be lots of lighting. I wish I could have gotten this on PC, as I pre-ordered while my PC was MIA and had an unexpected turn of events. Not sure I would double dip though. Game has an interesting yet average story, so far.
Yes. The Ipad has way more productivity than the Nintendo Switch. As a gaming device, the Switch wipes it's semiconductor-ass with the Ipad, though.

LUL Wow. I thought this was done with. This was a well known issue, but I think the actual lawsuit they lost (Microsoft) was for the RROD and not the disc scratching like this separate suit.
