But the Sigma games ARE "dumbed down" versions of Ninja Gaiden. I'm still picking it up. Even a nerfed Ninja Gaiden is still going to be better than most other action games.

I'm actually hoping for Frost too, but I'm expecting a guest character that has nothing to do with Mortal Kombat. I hope I'm wrong though.
I would switch over to BlazBlue but their tactics are even worse. $7 each for characters available right after launch.
Those are some really big games. I could see them all being more popular then Uncharted 3.

It is weird to see all these ninjas and none of them be Asian. I have to admit, I was a little aggravated to see subzero as a white guy in MK3 when he had been established as a Chinese guy in the other games. I think the MK team has a tough time with faces in general because the MK9, maskless Kitana looks Native American to me.
If the harder difficulties are available from the start then there's nothing to worry about. It will still have Master Ninja mode. And let's face it, a "nerfed" Ninja Gaiden is still going to be better than almost all other action games.
I would pay $60 for this.

Why would I buy the Kollector's edition? It has a statue of my favorite character dead with a spear through his heart.

Hopefully 360 doesn't get an exclusive character. I still cringe every time I see star wars characters in my Soulcalibur and a spartan in my DOA4.

I believe it. I'm siding with Activision on this one. I've always hated EA more.
Yeah, I think the 360 just had it's best year ever. It's still getting superior multiplats as well with games like Bayonetta, Red Dead Redemption, etc. I still haven't played Alan Wake or Heavy Rain yet. Just to many games this year.
