The thing is, it's too early to tell. Consoles sell out all the time in the begining few weeks so I don't understand where all the speculation is coming from.

They are bad for the industry. Because if people allow them to get away with this kind of stuff. Then other companies will take note.

Have you played it? How do you know the game is average? Do you let other people make your decisions and opinions for you? Are you a sheep?
If we remove the "Mass Effect" name from the title. And call it something like "Andromeda: The new frontier" (or whatever) it would be a very good game.
But compared to a "Mass Effect" game its getting its negative reviews if you read all the reviews from GameSpot, ign, and destructoid, they say it is fun, it has awesome game play, but it lacks in story and technical issues. And that it's not a good "Mass effect" game. Heres the bottom line...

Why is nintendo so a*al about all their stuff. They don't want people sharing SD cards? They even remove any youtube video that mentions their games or consoles. A very backwards company, enabled by their loyal cultist fans.

It isn't the best mass effect. But it's a good game. What don't you guys understand?
Drastically different reviews out there. I pre-ordered it and I'm gonna play myself and decide.
It's to get ad revenue. Each page you visit means that each of those pages gets a view. I hate it too.
What's cruel is, that you haven't played it yet.

When 60 million people are buying it's previous iteration. And when nintendo released a successor to the wiiu that sold 10mil. I don't think Sony and ps5 are going anywhere.
Aa long as they release games like uncharted, TLOU, Horizon, Gary of war, and etc, they are gonna make sales.
So far my switch is collecting dust. I don't see it going far.

Buy full priced games (at or around launch) that you want them to make more of, vote with your money. Other developers will take note and make games similar or better. Buy crap games on sale.
I know right, what's wrong with these people. They don't support good games and new ips and cry and whine when developers release the same trash every year with a new number on it.
It would be an expensive movie to make.
Side note, this game is awesome. I dropped all other games in my back log and I was in the middle of playing mafia 3 as well. And I've been just on this. Can't put it down or play another game.
