I've thought the numbers were stupid up until now. 360 wasn't a smart one, because the next one obviously wasn't going to be 361. Naming the next console One wasn't smart since it wasn't even the first. All their taglines talk about jumping. "jump in" "jump ahead". Maybe it'll be called jump ship 🤷🏼♂️😂
Lol jk people
Remote play is different. You own thw game just are using another option to play it, and not streaming from a server either. If I'm playing a AAA game I'd still rather play on console with controller than with remote play. Playing on a phone is never something I'd consider. If I'm not home to play something I don't really need to. I could be out enjoying life. Not to say mobile gaming is bad though I just don't do it. People stare at their phones enough as it is
@Tyler
Great comment and description of the game. You are exactly right
@TK
If you don't like the game that's fine but you're grasping at straws trying to discredit it and it really shows. Not everything (or even anything) will be 100% new and different. Not even those Indies you love do that. Imagine how fast we would run our of ideas. Give someone credit.for trying to be different since that's what you claim to want so...
@rain
Right? Some people really have narrow minded views and are hypocritical to the max. If someone owns a company they're looking to get loyal customers, but be a loyal customer on N4G and people call you all kinds of names. Childish, and makes one wonder what these kids even do for a living. Do they call all their customers blind ignorant fools too? Hmmm....
I'm trying to look into the future a bit and I don't see a time when streaming a game will be better than owning the physical copy at home and playing on a console or PC. This Tomb Raider example is one person playing under the right conditions? So if there are millions logged on, those wouldn't be the right conditions. Then throw in weather related issues, network stress, latency, and many other issues and I just don't see how streaming will ever be better than native gaming....
Not to mention lied about 4K and other things.
It really is. Every time I play I try to get immersed into the world but it's quite difficult with a 3 year old running around. It's still a really great game though and I've had to take my time with it. I know I missed quite a bit as I've gone along but it's still been a blast. So much to follow with it. Kojima does a great job at that
It's definitely up there for sure. It has a way of making you feel all kinds of things. Pretty awesome
These articles are filled with people claiming that fans are forcing others to like a game yet all I continue to read are comments by people trying ever so hard to discredit the game. Strange world
@Team
I'm over halfway through the game and I don't see where the movie references keep coming from. People act like it's one giant cutscenes yet there are hardly any in the game up to this point. The ones that are in are well done, and the "mysterious man" that keeps showing up to talk you make it interesting. None are long at all.
How Kojima fleshes out his games and the attention to detail does make him a sort of Shakespeare. That doesn't mean that there are other good games as well. Doesn't take credit away from Kojima either
The only echo I'm hearing is people like you honestly
If you gonna troll at least make sense
The game is great. I can't believe how much is involved in it but that's Kojima for you. The story is awesome and what he's doing with the controller is cool too. He's one of those guys that will do some interesting things on the PS5 for sure.
@Jester
Who says he's not critical of Sony? I know I am, but that doesn't mean I can't be a fan of their gaming systems. You can be loyal and be critical at the same time.
I personally would rather see a Legend of Dragoon game. I already played and beat Demon's Souls, got the platinum, played the "sequels" (except Dark Souls 3) and got the platinums, then Bloodborne. Never played Legend of Dragoon though
Not in my future either. I wish people would stop trying to impose that on us as fact. It's not and it needs to stay that way. Reminds me of when MS kept trying to force the Kinect on everyone. Or many other examples of industry suits trying to force everyone into something by claiming it as the future.
I think this site is trying to be the new gamingbolt or something
Death Stranding is amazing. It's very slow and tedious starting out, but when you finally start getting more into the story things start making sense and I could appreciate the game more for what it is. It's one of my favorites for sure. You can definitely tell it's a Kojima game
When people complain about it I often think they haven't even played it. Everyone calling it a walking sim for example. I really enjoy how the game makes you feel when you do those ...
@playable
Why would "delusional PS fanboys" want a game to go to Xbox? Maybe people just want to see it on another console and are just expressing that. It's nothing delusional. You sound like you've got some deep seeded hate going on. Don't threaten to leave just do it. For yourself.
