I don't know why the downvotes. Why wouldn't the game play better on better hardware, unless it was just a sloppy port? I was planning on waiting for PS5 too so I could also get the next one on the same system

I just started playing this game. Really is a reimagining more than a remake. Pretty good game. Voice acting is definitely a step up
This does seem like a lame practice even if there's no law against it. Why does there have to be a law to not be a douchebag about this stuff? And people often wonder why we have government or assume companies aren't bad. Even Nintendo is guilty, but hey, there really is no reason to preorder digital games. Not like they're going to run out.
Can one play offline too? I like the 2D MK games. It would be nice if they made another one but I doubt that will ever happen
If the console didn't do terribly, why does it need to rise again? And rise to what? It's never been first
I'm unsure about this game as I didn't care at all for the last one. May rent it or something. It would be nice to see what a game pushing the system to the limit would do (although that can always vary)

Sony doesn't need to change their strategy. The idea that one constantly needs to change is part of why they fail. I mean, look at MS for that near perfect example. Forbes and so many other sites really seem to want to let everyone know that MS is changing again. That's great for them, but all these are trying to paint doom and gloom for Sony when that just isn't going to happen. They're covering their bases and doing what's most important... delivering the games.
Meh, I don't mind. MS denied it all along anyway to play it off as if they weren't.

I don't know. I've been too many and they're pretty much the same. They have the newest games and that's about it. Many times the flyer shows a sale price for a game and my store don't even carry the game.
The internet will always have a larger selection. I don't feel that's a valid argument to give up big box stores
As much as I complain about GameStop they have the biggest selection of games around here. Something I'm always saying Best Buy needs to up their game on. Lately I buy from there or Target and not GameStop but that's because I already have a huge backlog so don't want used games (which I tend to look at when I go)
People are trying very hard to make Sony look like they're doing everything MS is.
I was already figuring this game to be too much for current gen. That's why I was waiting to.get it for PS5. I'm almost sure they've been working on a next gen version all along.

Seriously though, since when does a bigger budget mean a better game? Look at all the "flops" this gen has had from deep pocket publishers
I hate when sites do that. Personally the delays don't bother me. Most the games I was holding off anyway as I've already got a backlog to clear with still more to get this year that aren't delayed
