As the systems keep getting more powerful, I don't understand why co op has died. I love couch co op! Makes for great drinking times :) Anyway I guess it shows that as games get more complex, even adding a 2nd screen for another player would be too much to handle. Or, it could mean that they just want to sell that extra copy instead

I thought the "playable teaser" was cool. I couldn't get the damn phone to ring though! I was freaked our a few times. I don't get why people keep calling it a game and what made it so "smart"? I actually didn't read rhe article because the title turned me off to what kind of journalism I'd see.

That's pretty cool. Unless I'm playing a game hats dunking up and down these stairs the whole time though, I'm not getting too excited. I don't like being shown something then it gets dumbed down later. I am eager to see what the UE4 engine can do though. I came to like it after awhile last gen, when games finally started to look different from one another
I completely agree with his comments. I wonder though, if he thinks this way about "casuals", why they were chasing them with the Wii? I don't want to hear about expanding the market, because going by what he's saying they were already doing that with the DS. They we're confused back then is what it sounds like to me. That's because they're chasing the easy $. They think it's cheaper and easier to make games that will be accepted by casuals. Everyone tries to be the next "big thing" among them. It's sad

In some ways new tech is in fact a gimmick. Wii fit board? Playatation Move? 3D TVs? All it is is something "new" to draw people in. That's what a gimmick is. That's exactly how I saw it when the PS4 came out. My expectations are so low I just don't even care. Any free games are good, otherwise I'm not missing them either. There's a bigger world out there than PSN and video games (I think so anyway, I'll step outside later)
I like how the gaming community doesn't like these sites in general. Shows we can think for ourselves (mostly lol). I haven't been following the practices of wither of these, just stayed away. I wish something like this would happen with our government. On better thought, I hope some other sites rethink what they're doing as well

I agree with you @corndog maybe I should try the console version out. I just feel duped. Nobody in their right mind should've thought the RMAH was a good idea. They saw the $$ signs.
