Live is optional if you want to PLAY online so it doesn't make it mandatory. Your twisting it to fit whatever arguement your trying to claim about PSN. Based on your logic it is MANDATORY for PSN+ to access those games you get when signing up with the service along with you HAVE to have PSN+ if you so choose to use Hulu+ with your PS3. One is just as much "mandatory" as the other based on what is offered.
WTF?
"...Why pay for internet when your already paying comcast,at&t,etc"
What the hell are you on? Your not paying for internet with Live your paying for access to the service they provide. No different then paying for porn sites, Netflix and Hulu+. With PSN+ your paying to rent those free games and features that they offer. You are aware that if you stop your subscription you don't get access to those "free" games right? Y...
Funny shit. If MS has been doing it wrong for 8 years with Live to "make" you pay(hilarious that people use the word make) then Sony should never had gotten to this point of wanting to provide a service that cost the same as Live. It is buisness and they are in it to make money. I couldn't care less for PSN+ and don't care who uses it. Good on them if they want that service. But fanboys need not to claim MS is doing it wrong when both services simply started at opposite e...
The wifi extention is going to be the same as it was for the HD-DVD add-on for the older model 360s.
Yet you own a 3GS, the third Iphone on the market and bitch about flash. I am sure you have a computer. You can get your porn fix on their with flash. Seriously!
That was what E3 was for so your point doesn't make sense since that is exactly what they offered after the show and conference.
Well...how much is the Wii vs the PS3 again? How much were they before the price drop of either system? Since your comparing them to the cost of the Wii controllers. Especially when the controller comes with the actual system.
I agree with the hyprocrites who say that that Kinect is expesive even though price hasn't been confirmed but it isn't a rip off. That is the cost simple as that. I think it is a stupid setup for the bundle without the sub-controller included.
Im sorry but how do you come up with these claims all the time? Seriously. It has already been shown how little you actually know when it comes to the Halo series when you claim to be such a huge fan of it. Now YOU are claiming Gears is the new number 1 game for 360 owners in addition to claiming Halo has lost whatever luster it had during Xbox days. Maybe you should subscribe to Major Nelson's post each week so you can actually see how much Halo continues to be number 1 for Live game...
THANK YOU. COMMON SENSE HAS ENTERED THE ROOM.
Kind of like Achievements right? Or going to a premium service right? Rumble for this generation right? Same thing correct?
Contradicting don't you think?
Yep they spent 30 million and in less than 24 hours of Halo 3 going on sale they got the money right back.
Wow how some of you have selective memory.
OMG how everyone gets worked up over this sh*t. So sad.
I have the unlimited plan and when it drops I will still have it because I can upgrade my 3GS to 4 and still keep because I am an existing customer. Since I jailbroke my phone I can tether today so not losing anything.
Simply the gameplay and camera hinder the game. Physics is great and what we have been wanting but physics doesn't make a great game.
So if you enjoy it why do you care what IGN or any person for that matter says about the game?
I did give it a try and it ain't worth the money. This doesn't even have anything to do with comparing it to Madden. The game simply sucks.
Actually that is what Live is "A universal game lobby"
that is intergrated.
That is part of HOME's problem is that there is no benefit to launch the program when you have to leave the main program with the majority of features on it just to meet and launch games from when I can already do that from my XMB and meet my friends that way. Again pointless extra step.
Sony knows that this product doesn't really benefit any of us PS3 owners to go in and ...
For Xbox 360 owners you will have to be a gold subscriber to take advantage of Hulu’s new service but it won’t appear on the Xbox until early 2011. For PS3 users you have to be a subscriber to the new PlayStation Network Plus service but the PS3 might be getting Hulu much sooner than 2011, in fact it could be available as soon as next month. I assume the PS3’s ability to connect to the internet via a web browser enables Hulu to quickly create an application for the console which could be the...
