It is irrelevant if it was released a week earlier. This is the case for just about any game on the market. The official launch was last week so the numbers are still official. How come this never gets brought up with any other games we know get sold early at mom and pop stores or other countries? Funny this always comes up and somehow for the last 6 years gets questioned about a 360 exclusive when this is nothing new about how the games sale.

Exactly. It has been a closed network for a reason. This is why Live hasn't had a break in on the scale of what happened with PSN. Steam had nothing to do with it but the architect of how Live is setup and intergrated vs Sony deciding to have a open network are two different worlds.
Has nothing to do with that. Wow. The service has been up and running for 9 years. Steam has been available for sometime for consumers to know if they don't want Live. The fact that Steam is PC vs Live is laughable to begin with. I build my systems and game on the 360 and PS3. So I pay for my subscription for console games on the 360 and I play through Steam. I don't feel any less of a gamer on any systme I own or play on. I just game.

2 years is a big difference then 6+ years of waiting promises and then the end result that was of GT5 that oh by the way, we are importing all these cars from PS2. don't care if it does hardcore games or not. Been enjoying it every since the beta last year. Too many games on the PC, PS3 and 360 to be concerned about what game is considered hardcore enough.
