Yeahh man!! I just got a flyer (from zellers of all places)confirming the price drop as of this sat (Sept.6).
Wow...seriously? I thought the prices in Canada and the US would be dropped simultaneously for sure. Oh well, I guess I just have to wait a bit longer.

I know that Bungie are still tied to Msoft legally in terms of developing games, but the spilt, now the recent events at E3 are all pointing to the inevitible, and that is Bungie developing a game for other platforms such as the Wii and PS3...eventually. Which is not a bad thing, the Halo franchise is still and always will be owned by Msoft, but game developers are now more artist then ever before, they want to make games that push the imgaination, that are innovative, games that are not boun...
I'd rather them take their time and make a game that they are proud of, then them shipping a game that is total garbage. Games like MSG4 have set a really high standard, so I don't see this being a bad move on UBIsoft's part, at this point it seems like a pretty smart move to delay the game.

I can see that happening, the Limited Editon for the 360 came with a pewter "Big Daddy" statue, as well as a cd with the games soundtrack. To be honest I got the limited edition, but I could of done without the statue and the cd. The game alone is all you need, especially since the PS3 is getting the "enhanced version". PS3 fans are in for a treat, Bioshock is an amazing game on the 360 and sounds like its going to be even more polshed on the PS3. :)

I always wondered how many ppl who comment about GOW in a negative way actually played the game, or had the patience or skill to beat it the game on the most difficult level. Most of the comments I have read deal with the game being to short, or the multiplayer "only" being 4v4, all of which seem valid but if you actually played the game you would know that the comments couldn't be further from the truth. On the most difficult setting the game takes roughly 10-12 hours, and thats go...
Funny I got two disagrees. I live in Canada, I live within 5 minutes of both a FS and BB, it's well known and was well publized when BB took over back in the day over here in the Great White North, well at least in the major local newspaper (The Montreal Gazette), guess it shows how ignorant and uninformed some members of NG4 really are.

Cool stuff, but as in the first GOW curb stomps were more likely to get you killed (in multiplayer) then anything. But that being said few things were as gratyfying as curb stomping your buddy, even if it meant that your head would be popped like a balloon by the other teams sniper once the animation was done. But as far as the actual game goes, the first game was amazing so it's a pretty safe guess to say the second game will be as well.
I got the game last night, have gone through a few missions with no issues what so ever. I will say that up to this point GTA IV is the most impressive game I have ever played. Period.
What is so new about this car? It's the car Ferrari used for last years F1 season, this is the "new" car.

But it's just normal for hardware to drop in price the longer they are on the market, so it will eventually happen, but the question is when. Sony is already losing so much money on the PS3 they can't afford to drop the price anytime soon if they wanna keep their loses to a number that makes sense for them. So, it will happen just not anytime soon.
