Yes
Spartan-II program - 33
SPARTAN-III Alpha Company - 300
SPARTAN-III Beta Company - 300
SPARTAN-III Gamma Company - 330
Now those number are not exactly accurate as a large number died, but their are a few Spartans (II[8] & III[4]) still alive out there.
@Raven_Nomad
Yup, overall they have a all star team over there so I'm not worried.
You can't forget something that you never knew. ;)
Now I agree with you that 343i has a lot to chew on, but I don't understand your comment about how the weapons and vehicles will change. For anybody who has read any of the fiction you would know that the Halo universe is very deep as well as very detailed in regards to weapons, different alien races, the vehicles, and locations. So how and why would this change? If anything, 343i has always stated that halo "canon" is of utmost importance to them and will not stray from it.
With the rumors about EA already having a dev kit, now Crytek announcing they have a game running off of a machine which has the supposed Nextbox specs, I wouldn't be surprised if this is true.
In terms of gaming, he is a genius.
The man is a genius, listening to him speak is a treat.
Plus Fred, Linda and Kelly (and the other SIII's), I'm excited man!
It depends, their consoles sales would suggest that they don't. But ask any 360 owner (or any gamer regardless of their console of choice) and they will tell you that games are what matters most. We are getting to a point where exclusivity has become less important to a good chunk of the gaming community. But with that being said, exclusive games are often the deciding factor when purchasing a console, so the answer to that question is not as cut and dry as it seems to be. Personally, I w...
@SoapNBubbles
Which interview are you referring to?
But what if you had the chance to play as Fred, Kelly or Linda? I personally would love to see BLUE TEAM reunited, not just for game purposes but story wise it would be great to see, especially for halo fans who have read First Strike and Ghosts of Onyx.
They have not yet decided 100% how the controls are going to work out. I'm almost positive their will be an option whether or not to use Kinect or not, but only time will tell.
The non Kinect focused games they showcased looked awesome, Gears, Forza, Mass Effect 3, Tomb Raider, Halo: Anniversary and yes MW3 looked pretty good as well. Not to mention the additions the are bringing to Live, the voice recognition,IPTV, bing integration, and the new layout were all pretty sweet. And the cherry on top the Halo 4 teaser was bad@ss. All in all, not as bad as some made it out to be.
Odd indeed, how did they decide not to add this to the conference?
**correction**
would of been great.
It's releasing in 2012. We won't have to wait to long before some game play footage is leaked/released, I am personally excited to see what 343 has been cooking up. The trailer itself was pretty f*ckin cool, and if that planet is Onyx, one thing is garuanteed... we will fight along side Blue Team at one point = Halo fans dreams have come true.
But yes, some footage/gameplay would of great.
I'm starting to realize that MS will be focusing on Kinect in a major way at E3. Which makes sense since they have invested so much time and effort into it, but I pray that they have some "hardcore" reveals.
Spartan 4?
lol... but the white jump suit is his signature outfit. He might as well talk if he was to do that.
Disc format has been an issue with the 360 since it launched, so L.A. Noire being on 3 discs is neither shocking or surprising to anyone. Their is still power left in the 360, but devs are pretty much hitting the ceiling.
