To sit here and write these things off and call them "unplayable" because you can't be arsed to turn yourself before you move forward. Wow.

I'd hate to see your reaction to truly bad controls if you gave up on Onimusha just because of this.

In all fairness, only a fool would think otherwise. First person was preferred by Capcom, in order to accommodate VR.

Fanboys will deny it till the day they die, but thankfully, I don't care, and I call them as I see them.

Over the shoulder is highly dependent on the design of the game. Old RE's, and similar games, were designed to create tension by obscuring the player's perspective and vision. This can't be done with over the shoulder of course, so, the game has to be adjusted because of it.

I like both myself. I still play old game PS1 era games with static cameras, and they are fine too. If the game is good, the game is good, and camera/perspective really shouldn&#...

You should go back to playing Tic-Tac-Toe. Leave Chess to the adults. Good god..........

They won't remove them, until they do, or until they cancel "Gamepass" altogether.

Just another caveat of these "services". Terms can change without notice at the whim of the company. Read that fine print.

Sure does. If you like the idea of paying for something and owning nothing? Sounds perfect for you. If you like being at the whim of yet another company with another "service"? Sounds perfect for you.

Not sure about anyone else, but I think I already dump enough money on "pay company, own nothing" systems. I'm not about to willing support "another" monthly siphoning scheme.

Not sure how this thing was ever in a good a place. What a boring slog.

Um.... no, I don't think so. This is more a desperation, "Hey! Look over here at our failing console that nobody is buying this generation!" move, than anything tactical.

Xbox is out of gas this gen. The X1X did nothing to reignite it for more than a week. MS will continue to do things like this to keep the Xbox name in circulation and in headlines in whatever way possible, until the next gen showcasing begins. After that, they will use, whatever the ...

Of course they haven't. It's not like KT has anything else they can make money on. Ninja Gaiden is in ruins, and they destroyed whatever appeal the Deception and Fatal Frame series had with stupid design, and business decisions.

I'm still baffled how this company even turns a profit in video games.

Must have made a real impact, given I've never even heard of it until now. The coverage is amazing.

Uh.... great soundtrack. Didn't raise the bar by an inch though.

What a surprise, no direct answer.

Translation: MT's will be packed in Halo 6.

You can take that to the bank.

By the time MS gets any noteworthy traction on X1X, the next gen will be launching. X1X was too little, too late really, and for that price, the customer base is rather narrow.

This is what MS claims to have had in mind all along, but obviously, you don't believe all PR speak. Likely MS and Sony both, are neck deep in next gen hardware final specs around now.

X1X was a band-aid project to keep the Xbox name relevant for next gen launch in a cou...

"He then stated that there won't be any loot boxes, or Pay-to-Win microtransactions for that matter, in the game. "

I would be genuinely shocked if even Konami had the gall to inject lootcrates or MT's into this digital vomit. I'm pretty sure even they knew that this thing would be beyond dead-on-arrival if they tried something like that.

Throw a rock, hit 50 "battle royale" games. There's no reason to play this one in particular, sorry.

At this point in time? I can't blame them. They're doing good with their Switch, and really, why rock the boat?

Continue to restoring and building the Nintendo name first, and worry bout 4K and VR later.

There's no danger of VR making any sweeping market shift anytime soon, that much is for sure. There's better chance VR fizzles out for the 4th time instead.
