Hey you got to take it for what it is. They Gave Saints Row 4 a 9, and its the worst, boring, and most bugged game I've played this generation....

Glad I'm not the only one that says that. RE4 was the beginning of the end.

Well SR2 was better than both SR3 and GTA IV

It really is. Stilwater has interesting land ranging from city, suburbs, mountains, country, and islands. The citizens were hilarious. You also can go into A LOT of buildings! It amazes me that Volition took out all of the things that made SR2 an amazing game (my favorite sandbox game) and made SR3/SR4 in such a generic boring city.

CTFU! at Chris who put SR3 and SR4 as the top open worlds games. Steelport has to be the worst sandbox city I have ever played.

Steelport has to be the worst sandbox city I have ever played so far.

I did read the article a couple of times and I still stand by what I said. He still complained that the game is violent. Its a GTA game. So killing thousands of innocent civilians is fine, but when one innocent person is in the story and is killed its a problem? In all the other GTA games I had to kill plenty of other characters that I actually wouldn't mind letting them live, but the game didn't do that. I'm not sitting here questioning that I'm an evil person that back stabs...

Everyone can have an opinion like everyone can analyze/criticize that opinion.

Its a GTA that deals with drugs, VIOLENCE, sex, and everything in between.

This editorial piece actually makes me more excited to get back and play the game. The story is that good to question your own morals. :)

So he basically complained that this game is too violent...its a GTA game. That's like me going to see a scary movie and complain that the movie is too scary.

Well after the next GTA which I'm assuming they will be using Vice City. I hope they decide to make a completely new city like a Midwest Rustbelt city that is like a mixture of Detroit and Chicago.

I did play it and beat it. Didn't like it. Maybe SR5 will be a better medium for SR/SR2 fans and SR3/SR4 fans.

*Meant to say I bought 3 copies of SR2 for 360 PS3 and PC

I did beat SR4 and disliked it. I started replaying SR1 and I'm enjoying that game more than SR4.

SR use to be my favorite series. I loved the series enough to buy 2 copies of each game to play with friends on 260 and PS3. Now after the tragedy of SR3 SR4 still have the same problems to me, but in some cases worst. A series that use to be one of my favorites series has fallen into something I don't even care about anymore.

I can't wait for this game!

Exactly. I will say good luck to SR4 because I would imagine a lot of the older fans will not be buying the game. Actually all the older fans I know will not be buying this game at all and will be buying GTAV instead. All of them are saying GTA V is kind of like a spiritual SR2 sequel.

4580d ago 1 agree2 disagreeView comment

Why compare the two games? Maybe it would easier to compare SR1 and SR2, but SR4 is more like Crackdown if anything. One thing I will say is that a lot of the older SR fans (SR1/SR2) would probably buy GTA V before SR4.
