Welp I was 50/50 on getting RE7, but now after this I def not getting it now.
The only decently scary atmosphere parts in RE4 is when the the village at night, when regenerators first appeared, and that small jail section when you heard the regenerator but didn't know where it was at. RE5 lacked anything remotely horror, but still a decent action game. RE6 was just terrible all around.
Hopefully it will be on the PS4. The new generation is picking up on the horror which the last gen was severely lacking.
For a map that big it sure is disappointing. I would take half those mountains and desert out if I could enter a lot more buildings. Saints Row 2 had those things and it's 5 yrs old.
Well obviously when its $100 more than the PS4. Its like the 360 out selling the PS3, it all comes down to price

I partially agree with Bioshock infinite and completely agree with GTA IV. A game that should have been on that list is Saints Row 3

We all know the rason, but I'm wondering how much Microsoft paid, because were talking about Capcom here. Capcom will never pass up on a bunch of money, i can just imagine the numbers if that game was released on both consoles.

Yeah...I don't trust Polygon reviews. I still can't get over the fact they gave Saints Row 4 a 9 and it has to be the worst game I've played this generation (buggy and boring), Ghosts a 6.5 when obviously its pretty decent (I would give it a 7.5/8, still lots a fun in that game). I have a few more examples, but you know what I mean.
I'm the unpopular opinion with games after RE4. I personally think RE4 is just as bad as RE5 and RE6. I'm glad they improved the mechanics, but they took everything out that made Resident Evil...Resident Evil. Lacking atmosphere, way too easy puzzles, lacks player thinking, ammo-a-plenty, and hoards and hoards of enemies.
