Stop imitating Microsoft and doing it so late, how about innovating yeah!
ps I recently found out that Microsoft donates to Planned Parenthood, so they help fund the mass murder of babies and the selling of their body parts. For that reason I'm glad they are failing so badly. I won't give them another penny again till they repent and apologise.
Finally the console has some decent controllers.
I have to agree with Pachter for a change, surely not many are actually excited about 4K, it's a negligible difference for a lot more money, it's why I bought a GTX 1060 instead of the 1080 (I paid £200 for the 1060 compared to £600 for the 1080), I can run all games on ultra settings at 1080p60, anymore than that is just a waste of money imho, unless you're a video editor. The only area 4K seems interesting and needed to me is in VR, well actually vr needs 6K but that...
Tell me you can at least use that extra gpu power on a second screen? If not it makes me glad to have a PC honestly.
I loved Oblivion then I played Dark Souls 1 and then hated Skyrim, it's probably for the same reason.
Also games have much a better "shelf life" on PC, partly because of the modding community. They keep selling long after the console versions have been abandoned.
The PC gaming market is the biggest one of all, bigger than mobile and consoles (yes consoles are in last place), but yes I agree the amount of PC gamer's with mid (more powerful than current consoles) to top range (ahead of the to be released consoles) PC's is a lot smaller than the overall PC market.
I felt the exact same way.
Oblivion was the best imho, Morrowind's world was the most interesting though, Skyrim really didn't do it for me at all.
It's really fun, the controls are quite simple, so it's more about timing and just enjoying the visceral visuals and sounds.
That's just not true, it's not an issue for the Vive or the Rift, the latter was especially built to be incredible breathable, not that I would give Facebook my money.
By far the worst aspect of the GearVR was the fogging, this is a major flaw that's not to be underestimated. It completely ruins the experience honestly. This is why you shouldn't build your headset in cheap looking plastic.
Halo 4's campaign was quite good even if it did play it a bit safe, but Halo 5's was a step down in every way really. MP wise they definitely improved things in Halo 5 though, albeit by playing it safe again. I hope someone at Microsoft is working on Halo's answer to Destiny, because the same old formula just isn't enough for me anymore.
Sure, it's a niche market though. I suspect it will remain that way, never really taking off like blu-ray. I do like that I will be able to play xbox games on PC going forward though, still waiting on one that's worth buying though.
1080p60 on max settings is all I want, hence why I'm a PC gamer. If Microsoft and Sony think their 4K machines will appeal to PC gamers then they are gravely mistaken. The flexibility is what we want, raw power is only a part of what makes PC's so great. Microsoft should be ashamed for not understanding the format they helped create.
Good to know which developers to boycott in future, these regressive's are hypocrites.
It's more of a Metroid game.
I know a hit when I see one, this has success written all over it. Just wait for the very positive reports of the beta to get out there (when it happens obviously), the game will take off like wildfire! Rare are back!!
It seems pretty hyped up to me. Maybe it will get more attention when a) Rare release more info/footage and b) NMS has been out for a while so peoples attention goes elsewhere.
Some hacking show with anal sex in it.
