Where did you get that information? Microsoft never released their sales of particular SKUs. Its logical to assume, the cheapest console would sale best. However, the fact that Microsoft has the cheapest base price, and yet unable to compete globally should be concerning.
They lost total of 1 billion of potential profit, that they thought they would make. Sony didn't lose money, they didn't make the money they promised their shareholders. People who don't know how stock works, shouldn't be making up news.
This is sorted under RUMOR, also it's from a blog. The fact is it's news and I posted it. To the people posting duplicates, check the source. To the people who are getting carried away, use the Open Zone. This meets the N4G criteria, as the author is a valid source of information.
But they have to have some proper software support to take this off the ground. Sony has been announcing some interesting things with their Eye Cam too.. let's see who can deliver this E3.
Also adding a new peripheral for a new game play element is not going to suit well with people who have already bought a Xcam etc..
I doubt GTA DLC coming to the Ps3 will heavy any effect at all. After all there are too many games hitting the system soon. For most, InFamous will fill in the gap for GTA.
So we can hopefully expect the game by 2010.. if not it would be disappointing.
That's why I won't hold my breath either. But, they have to make some big announcements. And I am sure there are going to be some big surprises. But if the last few E3s or "big announcements" were indications they won't be that surprising.
SUPER AWSOME HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT that turned out to be -- Pac-Man Championship Edition? Or Lips etc..? Microsoft is very good at hyping things up. So I can't rule out the motion controls as the "big announcement".
I don't' see why they wont' announce it now. Even if the game won't be ready for some time. It would definitely put an exclamation mark on MS 2010 lineup. And probably take some steam away from the competition.
That would be sweet, too bad it's not a re-make. But great non the less. The people who paid a ton of money for the CD are probably hitting themselves over the head with it now. LOL $100 dollars to $10 in 1 min.
But, the companies don't make profit. It's good for the public that wants "free" games. But it sucks for the company that sells the hardware. Remember companies make most of their profit from the software sales, not hardware.
There are a TON of backroom protocols. Cerver on AOL..
All games made for that system are made "exclusive" by default because of the remote.
I would like more multi-player maps, and preferably better guns.. (that I would actually USE)! Let's be honest, we only really use 3 guns an any map. The snipes primary, the shooty and the default ISA gun. And some new characters wouldn't be bad either.
Is that why Microsoft decided to charge for DLC that developer wanted to give out for free?
While the others are rated on a 10 point scale.. am I missing something here?
Wow, ...... talk about a "fail" article. (bubbles please)
I still had the beta file.. thought magically I could connect to the server to continue playing after the beta ended.. (cries)
It states PSN users, it doesn't matter if it's PS3 / PSP or PS Website.. since the stat Sony stated was PSN <-- Notice, that has NOTHING TO DO WITH the PS3. Reading comprehension people, some of you really need to READ. Take your OWN advice, before commenting!
That is the point of having a proper legacy, if the original Xbox was still supported I am sure there would be more Xbox 360 owners now. Eventually as the price of the Ps3 comes down, sales will jump higher. Keep in mind, the Ps3 has YET to reach the "sweet point" in pricing.
