Bugs, very easy. Automotons, extremely hard.
I've done them both on Helldivers difficulty, plenty of times, but while bugs are doable with "pugs" (still voice comm), automotons are hard as hell, even with my premaids.
They have Destiny 2 as well.
I just want to play through the singleplayer story campaign. I don't care about the co-op end content encounters.
Why the heck would you like to find those stupidly annoying bugs.
I can handle every single bug easily except those bastards.
The Titan is a joke compared to those one hit kill spitters....

I'm against gaas, I rarely play online games since 10+ years back, and right now I should play through Prince of Persia, Granblue Fantasy and a few games from the backlog, but ever since Helldivers 2 released, I haven't played anything else. 70 hours and still love it.
Haven't had this fun in co-op since early days of WoW, FFXIV: ARR and first year with Destiny.
Ouch, 34 including Core... now that's real bad.

When I was doing military, yes.
We did lots of diving but never went around jumping.

How often do you jump around in your daily life?
During my 40 years alive, I rarely see people going around jumping.
Helldivers 2 doesn't need a jump button. The dive button is great, and the climbing works fine.

For your issue, we solved it by joining friends from the friendlist on PS5 instead of trying to start the game.
Worked every time.
@RaidenBlack so counting Until Dawn as a Playstation Studio game, I guess we can count all new IPs from other developers who makes games for PS5 but not Xbox?
So it was actually 3 games then, Last of Us Part 1, Part 2 and Demon Souls.
When people say Sony is just releasing remasters/remakes, they ain't using many brain cells.
I had 2 crashes in 30 hours gameplay. You must've had extremely bad luck.
You on PS5 or PC?
If you're ps5, just turn off crossplay and you can use Quick Play just fine.

If you are on PS5, disable crossplay and Quick Play works just fine.
I played day 1 on PS5 and had way kess issues with this than most onlind games.
1 crash in my first 10 hour session.
And those 10 hours were nothing but amazing experience.
For me it's Granblue, Helldivers 2, Pacific Drive and Rebirth in February (and maybe Ultros), then Rise of the Ronin and (Dragons Dogma 2) in March, Stellar Blade in April and probably something else I've forgot.
