The PS4-version runs great on PS5.
I got it on both Series X and PS5 (PS4), but still play it on PS5, due to the difference being so small, and I’ve played all the other ones on Playstation.
We can already sort games based by PS4 or PS5, point number 4 on this list.
There is already an indicator aswell.
It clearly says PS4 when hovering over the game and nothing at all if it’s a PS5 game.
I had no problem whatsoever to either sort, play or know which version of a game I’m starting.
People just need to learn to read.
Every game so far I’ve tried that are on both PS4 and PS5 have seperate trophy lists.
Miles Morales, Spider-Man, No Man Sky, Valhalla, Sackboy.
I guess same goes for Watch Dogs, Bugsnax etc...
Fun for us trophy-hunters 👌
If you gonna keep post this everywhere, please at least write 667gb as that would be closer to the truth 👍
Nope. I don’t need the PS4-versions so why would I install them?
Either people have to learn how to use there PS5, or the non owners have to stop spread false rumours.
.... those posts, really?
Use external HDD if you feel the need to have them all at once.
I got all my PS Plus Collection games, and about 500 more on my external 8tb hdd.
And then another 14 PS5 games on the internal with 150gb space left.
I see no problem whatsoever as of now.
Of course I want more internal hdd space, but right now I have no need for that until another dozen games comes out for PS5 that I have to have installe...
Nah, it’s not.
Even though everyone who doesn’t own one try to spread very few cases over internet.
Same here. Can’t replicate this ”issue” by any means actually.
Or Bluetooth-support for headsets/earphones.
Took me 8 minutes on PS5 with disc. What did you do wrong? Forgot to turn of the console?
One ”feature” I do miss and think is very strange is why I can’t connect any BT Headset to my Series X. I can’t even find settings for Bluetooth.
@Crimson
You don’t have a PS5 I guess?
Games actually take less space on PS5 compared to PS4. Well, if we don’t count CoD. That will eat up everything.
Only reason his SSD is full is because of CoD.
I have ”all” PS5 games installed except CoD and still have space legt.
Bugsnax, Miles Morales, Spider-Man Remaster, Pathless, Godfall, Demons Souls, Sackboy: A Big Adventure, DMC5, Valhalla, Borderlands 3 is installed right now, might have forgot one or two games.
And then 8tb with PS4 games on my external HDD.
Switcher actually means ”switch”, which it does right now. It’s a shortcut to switch games.
It might get a function similar to Quick Resume, but keep your expectations low, if that is a feature you actually seek.
Regarding the browser, I doubt that will ever come due to most hacking of systems goes through the browser.
I don’t need either the ”Quick Resume” nor a browser. Only thing I really miss is to store my PS5-games on external hdd, which I ...
This is old new, but as I did the same misstake as seven years ago, I found far bigger problems.
I bought Series X, but can’t find a way to connect my BT Headset. Can anyone guide me?
Also, the kids want to play Fortnite and other free online games, but they can’t play because those free games are locked behind a paywall. Is that right?
Now they have to play those games on PS4 which wasn’t the point when I bought a Next Gen to the kids.
...
While at it?
I’ve got a Series X, but can’t find a way to connect my Bluetooth Headset, will there be a patch?
Also, I have to pay for Gold to play Free To Play online games, why is that, never did on my PS4, will it be patched?
If you have 2 PS5’s, you can still copy/move rhe save files over WiFi/Ethernet.
@RazzerRedux
In your scenario you can actually move the save files from one PS5 to another PS5 over WiFi or Ethernet, so no worries there.
You know there is a next-gen version in that list aswell, placed 59th?
Anyways, I do agree it’s PR talk and nowhere near top rated games 2020z
I really, really DON’T hope it’s anything near Gears-shooting.
Gears are are great, but I don’t like the mechanics at all of that game.
