Yeah I dont think that was his point but I'll bite. I actually didnt buy a controller I used a 360 controller I already had. And yes it was plug and play didnt have to install any drivers at all. If you didnt already have one its cheap to get as well and just plug it in. The fact that you would even suggest installing drivers and the number of agrees you got just shows the ignorance of people on here.

@bartender I never said that it was a bad thing. If that is what you're looking for, great on you buddy. For me personally I am happy with getting MS games on my PC without having to buy an Xbox. I'm not even interested in Quantum break, but I love having the option to play it on my pc if I want to.

Yeah man get with the program. I've got my PC hooked to my big 58 inch tv in my living room and been playing games with a controller on my sofa since at least 2005.
It used to be that consoles had their own identity. You couldn't play Super Mario bros, or Double Dragon, or altered beast, or final fantasy on a PC. That's why you bought consoles. Now the only difference is that PC is expensive and consoles are cheaper. That's kind of sad to me really, but honestly if the trend continues like this, I will have no reason to own the next generation of consoles as I can afford a nice PC.

I think the upgrade argument is vastly exaggerated. In reality, you do not have to upgrade most components for at least 5 years because pc games have the option to play at ultra settings or at low settings, something console games CANT do. The argument about hackers and viruses are greatly exaggerated as well, if you just play games, your risk of that is VERY low. Due to the episodic nature, this game went from a day one purchase to a lets wait it out and see. There are ways to make this work and there are MANY more ways to screw it all up. Quite frankly, given that it is Square, I dont have much faith in them and will wait for reviews.
Is this even worth playing? Ive only played HoMM3 and enjoyed it. Does anyone recommend any of the other entries in the series?
Well then too bad for you. I myself would gladly pick it up as I am a fan of all rpgs. Heck I even enjoyed the latest Dragon Quest Warriors game. Win for me.
To all the people who are not wanting them to remake or make another suikoden, I don't see what the big deal is. Worst case scenario is its garbage, fine just dont play it. Best case scenario is its a masterpiece thats better than anything we've played before. I think thats a low risk high reward situation if you ask me.

I've been hearing a bunch of Vita announcements since it was labeled a "legacy" system. Its a shame as I feel it has more titles than 3ds yet its always stigmatized as having "no games"
