Glad I got a new 5090 build, I'm looking forward to seeing one of the best engines in the industry pushing raytracing and path tracing to the next level.
Yes, there would be no Doom without XGS. I'm so happy MS invented the game. Let hope Bethesda's Union is strong as MS is beginning a new round of firings.
...it would appear that being part of XGS is more of a danger to the devs.
It also has a quick save bug that's corrupting save data and the camera breaks the longer you play and eventually crashes when loading a save
It won't come back, at least not like it was. The US is now seen as an unreliable trading partner and ally, the world is moving away from them and looking for reliable partners elsewhere.
We can't have a global financial meltdown every time the US decides to vote in a wannabe fascist dictator.
... did you just compare a studio to buying up $80 billion worth of publishers and massive industry consolidation?
I think you need to get a refund on that scholarship.
Who to listen to, you or Pete Hines, Todd Howard and Bethesda execs?... it's a tough one
Here I'll post it for you again.
One that stands out the most is a February 2022 email exchange between Pete Hines, Todd Howard and other Bethesda execs questioning why Microsoft was going so hard on the idea of Call of Duty remaining multiplatform while Bethesda’s big games like Starfield and Elder Scrolls were being left Xbox exclusive.
“I...
Thank you for not buying games so multiplatform remained multiplatform.
"I'm just glad that Xbox users don't buy games which meant multiplatform publishers remain multiplatform"

Chill out little one. Here you go:
"One that stands out the most is a February 2022 email exchange between Pete Hines, Todd Howard and other Bethesda execs questioning why Microsoft was going so hard on the idea of Call of Duty remaining multiplatform while Bethesda’s big games like Starfield and Elder Scrolls were being left Xbox exclusive.
“I’m confused,” Hines writes. “Is the below [a Microsoft statement about Call of Duty staying multiplatform] n...
While I don't care much for stories in Doom I'm looking forward to this, I've never missed a Doom game.
MS are completely creatively bankrupt. They couldn't create success with Xbox so they brought others success instead.
It's still unreal that they thought banning games from their biggest console market and gamers would work. I'm just glad that Xbox users don't buy games which meant multiplatform publishers remain multiplatform... for now. The industry is still at huge risk from MS's industrial consolidation, three major publishers no longer competing is ...
Looking forward to this. For the writers It must be getting harder and harder to parody the US.
I was going to reply to you, but Chevalier did the job.
You think MS buying and firing, stagnating the industry and ripping off gamers is a good thing, I don't.
Stop worshiping those who destroy devs lives... though I do have to thank Xbox owners, thanks to your unwillingness to buy games you did knacker MS's plans to ban multiplatform games from gamers.
Nintendo Isn't out yet, $70 was Take 2
Your ignorance and hypocrisy knows no bounds.
This is what happens when you allow one company to buy up a huge part of the industry, they control the price. Look at any industry you want, when more and more is owned by fewer and fewer you get these price rises. You're defence of MS over devs, games and gamers is pathetic.
MS buying up some of the industries biggest publishers, IP's and removing competition between major publishers means $80 games are here. This is MS saying to gamers, f**k you pay me if you want to keep playing the IP's you love.
This is what happens when more and more is owned by fewer and fewer and it's not going to stop at $80. No doubt now MS has opened the flood gates others will follow.
Thanks MS for endless proving that you're the w...
The brought up some of the biggest IP's in the industry for a reason, and that reason is f**k you pay me if you want to keep playing.
This is where industry consolidation leads, three major publishers are no longer competing. More and more owned by fewer and fewer means price rises.
It's just more Borderlands, for me that's a good thing. Looks like they've added to the more free flowing movement from the third game.
I don't know if I'd pre-order, I'll probably just buy it on release day.
You think three major publishers no longer competing and thousands fired to feed the piggies at MS is a good thing, I don't.
More and more owned by fewer and fewer is what you're cheering for, all that leads to is $80 first party games kid.
We brought two of the biggest publishers in the world, cost thousands of people their livelihoods and consolidated a huge part of the industry, look how successful we are at gaming!
You should be thanking the people that keep the industry alive by buying games, the fact that MS tried to ban multiplatform publishers from their biggest console market is detrimental to the industry.
Thank you gamers for buying this game and slowing down MS's mass layoffs and market manipulation is what you should be saying here.
"With that said, I´m not even sure why you here. I though you were done with Xbox and Bethesda games after Starfield. Looks like you can´t help yourself but make MS pockets even fatter."
Can you quote that for me kid?
"Can´t really complain though. Bethesda is overall better under Xbox and the success their games are making on all platforms is nothing but proof."
Is that why they had to unionise under ...
