It's the school holidays and I can imagine they have a lot of time to spam N4G... I can't imagine anyone like that has friends, so here they are showing us why they've been ostracised.

Like I said little one, be good in 2026 then Santa might bring you a PC, PS5 or Switch. Let go of the anger at your parents for only getting you the Series S, it's not our fault or N4G's.

Remember be a good little boy in 2026 and you might be allowed to get big boy's toys, a PC, PS5 or Switch.

Yikes this article is almost desperate and sweaty as the multi-alt account child that frequents this site! Looks like it's still bitter after Christmas, still stuck with the Xbox I see. Maybe if you're a good little child in 2026 Santa will bring you a PC, PS5 or Switch so you won't be so angry with your choice of console.

At least 8+ alt accounts I see by the downvotes... I'm almost feeling sorry for it.

Wow, how many alt accounts did N4Gs resident jester make to spam this thread? That's a lot of accounts and downvotes from one person, you can tell it's all from the same guy as the article heat is still low even though the votes are high.

Impressive desperation.

"100x Bigger than any Sony game though"

Aww, you're really taking this hard aren't you little one.

Tell me how MS manages to screw up Activisions money printing machine? I mean all they had to do was stay away and but they couldn't even do that!!

MS has been nothing but a disaster for Bethesda and Activision.

From IGN:

"Clearly, all is not well in the world of Call of Duty. Black Ops 7 appears to have struggled for players and sales relatively speaking amid tough competition from the likes of EA’s Battlefield 6 and Embark Studios’ Arc Raiders, and coming out just a year after Black Ops 6. Microsoft is yet to announce a player count or a sales figure for Black Ops 7, nor has it detailed any boost to Game Pass subscriber numbers as a result of its launch. Clearly, it hasn’t m...

Yikes! Looks like people are voting with their wallets, people don't want the vile MS in the gaming industry after being such a destructive force... just look at BO7 sales and retention!!!

I wonder if they'll finally add some exploration in their space exploration game? Also some interesting NPC's, misssions and dialogue would go a long way into making this feel more like a game instead of a chore.

"please stop everyone on here know you are the biggest Sony Fanboy on here and have the most genuine hard-on for MS"

I know, I'm in every Sony post defending them... I just can't help it

"you would almost think they did something to you personally, the way you inject discontent for them in 95% of your post."

They did, they've done it to every gamer. They've consolidated an industry, fired thousands an...

"A Sony fanboy (MrDead) dislikes Xbox"

...wow, what a roast.

You got me, I'm such a Sony fanboy, I'm always in every article defending them like they have incriminating info on me... oh no, that's you isn't it little one? I don't dislike Xbox, Xbox as a platform had the chance to bring us something new. I dislike Microsoft.

Jeeze kid, do you literally get everything wrong? Maybe listen to your betters who t...

If you listened to what players want then you wouldn't have brought up and destroyed a huge part of the industry... also being one of the leaders in charging $80 for a standard edition is a big middle finger to gamers.

Make your own games instead of talking and destroying you feckless creativity bankrupt POS

MS buying up massive parts of the industry and then being one of the abetters of the $80 game doesn't help.

I don't own the new Doom because of the insane price, it's not worth $80. I own every Doom game and have always brought them on release (except the first two) , not anymore.

I hope the devs can break away from MS and take their IP's with them in the not to distant future. This entire consolidation and mass industry firings that MS has spearheaded has been nothing but a disaster for everyone except the already rich creatively bankrupt tw@ts at Microsoft.

MS is nothing but a drain on the entire gaming industry and every facet of it.

It's not really a Paramount bid, it's another tech bro billionaire mate of Trump Larry Ellison buying up more media control. The US is now ranked 57th on the press freedom index, I wonder why?

They have games bro, they spent $80 billion to take some of the biggest IPs and publishers in the industry so they could congratulate themselves and profit from the work of others... who they fired.

Imagine if they put as much effort into creating as they do into BS'ing gamers.

"We've consolidated a massive part of the industry, lead the charge for £80 games with less content, fired thousands upon thousands of Devs, closed studios and gave all gamers the middle finger. 2026 will be even better... just not for you the consumer... or the industry"
