So MS spends billions to ban Bethesda releasing games on it's most profitable console platform, fires thousands of devs and has to put games on PlayStation anyway because of the weak Xbox performance... just think, if MS made it's own games and left multiplatform publishers alone none of this would've happened.
I have no real problem with the Xbox platform, in the right hands it could be good again like it was for its first gen and half the 360 era. My problem like the Respawn dev is with MS, their actions, the damage they do to the industry and it's workforce with huge publisher buy-ups and mergers.

We learned MS buying up banning multiplatform publishers from their biggest console revenue has been a failure... If you measure it on MS getting thosands of devs to lose their jobs so that a few very rich people can get even richer at the cost of others then it was a huge success!

How old is this article? It had mixed reviews for about 12 hours, it's gone from 50% to 74%. It's the reverse Starfield, the more people play Helldivers the better the score gets just like the more people play Starfield the lower the score gets.

They haven't made a bad Metro yet, that's what makes me excited. A lot of Metros mechanics are very much like a VR game, from how you use the map, the mask and have limited items stored on your person, this is going to be fun... extremely terrifying but fun.
A move towards subscription models, you know that thing that's been screwing over workers in the film industry and making movies worse.
Why? Thousands of people lost their jobs just so MS could consolidate the industry and make a few extremely wealthy people even more rich. We now have three publishers no longer competing with each other MS, Activision and Bethesda, everything MS has done has been of no benefit to the industry.
...oh yeah let's also not forget that they can pull the plug anytime and ban those publishers from releasing games on any system they want.again.
