Mines the opposite, the only people I know that have a 360 are my nephew and his friends, friends my age 30+ have all got PS3's. I think because they all have HD TVS also has something to do with it, you do get the added bonus of blu-ray
The slightly higher marks for Duke on the PC and PS3 seem to be because the reviewers have just enjoyed it more, maybe because the PS3 and PC has an older audience that will enjoy the early 90's style of gameplay and humor.
I've played COD, Forza online on the 360 and its a young crowd and I can see the Duke just isn't their thing
You forget your dealing with a lot of children on this site and people that have some odd illness that makes them angry if you own a different system to them, doesn't matter if your comment is based on fact.
Facts have no place on N4G
Forza is the best racing game, but GT5 is the best racing sim. They are two different things.
GT5 is a sim, they spend years collecting data on every car on the game to make the driving as realistic as possible. The development time for each car was around 6 months to make sure the handling is as close as you can get to driving the real thing thats why it takes years to make a GT game.
Forza does not go anywhere near GT's development that is how they can release two games in relatively quick succession, yes the car moddles may have more visual detail but underneat...
Almost all reviews I've seen scoring it 8 and under on on there.
Hardly any of these high scores are on metacritic, why?
@trollpolice
And thats where it shows you have no idea what your talking about, Forza is a racergame GT is a sim, not for everyone but infinitely deeper and more satisfying to car fans.
You cant say one is better then the other because they are aimed at a different audience
Forza is a good game but it dosent even get close to the amount of geeky car detail that GT does. GT is as close as you can get to driving without being in a car, the amount of data that is collected on each car is ridiculous, thats why it takes so long to make a GT sim.
There's nothing like having "pin" point accuracy with your balls
awwww hes having a temper tantrum. Dose little PWNboy want a wolly pop.
Dont worry this game wont hurt you as you wont be alowed to play it for another 10 years, it has naked ladies and rude words in it.
He also goes on to say, the sky is blue, water is wet and fire is hot. I think we can all learn from this fountain of wisdom.
Since when do critics know how to have fun? I hope the Duke pays you guys a visit. "Eat my game you pukes"!
I agree that George didn't cause as much damage as the hackers but if he got away with cracking the PS3 the damage would have been pretty big. Thats why I support attacking the individual, seemed to work with George and will hopefully put other people off from doing the same.
Nice to have a debate other then a slagging match.
Pieces of eight to ye Tom
Is George not a cracker? Im not too hot with the terminology.
Hackers or crackers shouldnt be aloud to get away with criminal acts, people are saying Sony made themselves a target by pursuing an individual. I say if that what it takes to stop these people then take them down one by one and punish them in accordance of the damage they have caused. If all companies attacked them on the level Sony has we might see a few of them giving what they are doing a second thought.
If I where Sony I'd be giving George and his mates (edit: hacker...
The fact you mentioned forza on a GT article shows you have no idea what your talking about. If forzas your level then stay away from GT, only big boys aloud.
mmmmm, Pudding
Blade Runner was the first Blu-Ray I purchased, its even more stunning than Avatar and that looks amazing. Twin that with HD DTS and it'll make your nipples hard.
