The only thing this transition seems to prove, is that ps3 only owners, don't game on pc, considering most will be buying this for the ps3. There's nothing wrong with that but when this game was only on xbox and pc most were claiming they would be playing it on pc. I just find it funny.

Most people can tell the difference between 60 frames and 30, I'm assuming that you've never played a detailed fps in 1080 at 60fps thats probably why you can't see the difference. I'm in no way knocking Killzone I will be purchasing it day one, but it would just be nice have it run at those settings if its possible.
For reference go play modernwarfare and then play killzone and you should definitely see a huge difference.

Lol you're ridiculous, both gears1 and uncharted1 were very impresive when they first released, now graphically given all the games that have been released, I think they both look decent.... The only thing that was better in UC than in gears was the animations thats the truth but the effects look alot better in gears each game did a few things better than the other, but the overall presentation was about the same when it came to visuals. I own both consoles if you want look me up on psn, ...

It's clear that you don't like the game, which is fine. My question to you, is, why are you in here? The title of this article mentions that it's about halo. Story and gameplay are all just an opinion buddy so don't try and pass it off as fact. While there fps with better graphics, I have yet to see an fps on consoles thats as big as halo3 was, and yes that includes killzone2. Reach looks even larger which is very impressive.
I'm sure they do care, but considering that they didn't really make a profit you can't really blame them. There's no way for them to make hs since sony owns it and they went multiplatform. It sucks because I want a sequel as well, but when you get your money back why invest in it again.
Gears 1 looks the same as uncharted 1, I'm not sure what game you have played, but uc1's graphics are overrated. It's a great game I love the series but you blind fanboys give way too much credit.
