Then they say when the PSP GO comes out they will add to the numbers as if they don't know that the PSP already allows you to go to the store now.

The PS2 came out a year before the 360 too and I don't remember hearing the bit*ing and excuses we hear today about the PS3's 3 year situation.
People been saying the same da*n thing since 2006 about people at work will buy the PS3 for this price and look where they sit at in 2009. They are still behind. That logic clearly after 3 years is not working.
Why do you or anyone expect a price cut on the PS3 when it is losing money vs the 360 is no longer in the red? Why can't they price cut it if they choose too. The PS3 is not making money so why argue about what MS can actually do?
No it actually hasn't
The 360 has only seen one decline in YOY sales in comparison to the PS3. At least in in North America the PS3 has sold less since November 08 for the previous year. It has yet to actually sale more. Nothing to argue about when the facts have been posted from NPD so do the research. It has been confirmed the 360 is outselling the PS3 in the UK.
What difference does it make what they did in 2008. Doesn't matter they they ended up selling the same in 08 it still is sitting 8mil behind and still selling less than what it did in 08. Since November the PS3 has sold less on a Year on Year loss and then we find out in UK the 360 IS outselling the PS3. It isn't the capability of working on the machine. It is the cost in money and manpower to get a PS3 version running whether you are leading or porting to the console. Has nothing to do with talent. More to do with do we want to take the "chance" to invest in a product that may not give us a return investment. Look at previous games sold on the console day and date or a year later (Bioshock says hello)
