Remember when people used to hate EA lol, how times have changed. This is just them testing the consumer, even if this game sells close to a million copies (which I am in no doubt that it will, specifially the Wii version) then expect too see sequals and other gmmick games launching at close to the same price as this.
I'd far rather read his opinion than half of the trash that gets posted on N4G from pathetic blogs and people like HHG. And at the end of the day it's his professional OPINION on a topic and I fail to understand why people get all worked up about it and start critising his family etc.
Spin it till' your dizzy
Sony's corporate structure is severely messed up. They have almost zero synergy between the different section's of the company, like Apple, they have alot of incredible products that look and work fantasitcally, however unlike Apple, nothing really works well together. My Vaio laptop should be able to instantly push pictures and videos directly my PS3, Bravia or PSP with the touch of a button. Some serious restructing needs to go down there so that the Cybershot guys can communicate with the ...
Shifting 30,000 copies isn't really and impressive sell-out...
It's simple, clean and effective. There is room for tweaks here and there of course, but it serves it purpose perfectly without being cluttered like the other UIs, in particular the old dashboard.
This is also happening with AOL in the UK, P2P games such as CoD are unplayable from 5:15PM to 10:45PM exactly every single night of the week.
Fair's fair. Deserved it!
For starters, I really like knowing what my friends are doing, I like the competitiveness of trophies and I enjoy just the general social aspect. I also play the playstation around at friend's houses alot, so to be able to access my own save files from any playstation would be great. However I do agree that the Skype/ Cross game chat is a badly needed feature. This Cloud is just something I think would benefit the PSN service as a whole bringing about a greater sense of community that is lack...
God help us if Activison where to pull this from us playstation owners.

Take a hint Sony, we, the cusomers and the gamers, who spent alot of money on your console, want features like this, that's why people conjure up fakes. Take note of the positive reaction and get on the ball and develop something along the lines of this!
lots of online shopping sites will do this, it's just a way of tricking customers into pre-ordering with them
Have you see the Wii/Ds sales figures? lol if I was in his postion my head would be so damn big lol
lol, your still playing a game, there's many other things you could be doing to spend your time better hahaha

But I wouldn't dare ask Sony to pull the service, or to give up supporting it for other ventures. Because the way I look at it, there's a select group of people who enjoy Home, and are willing to pay money for the clothes, furniture, apartments etc. and that is a steady stream of revenue and basically total profit for Sony. This is thier way of earning money without charging us all for a subscription fee, so bring on the Home content for those who enjoy it! (:
However it's on Pay&go here in the UK. I'm thinking of selling it on and paying the extra hundred or so pounds for the new model, but I get the feeling there will be a forth gen version come january time and it will be a total reworking of the entire product, so I think Ill wait it out for the mean time!
But your outdated tech is still so far ahead of almost anything else anyway.
The beta is FANTASTIC! I can't stop playing it, and I use to play Gears alot, so I'm very used to the stop and pop game play online. Can't wait for the full release of this now!
@Above- I'm pretty sure this article is simply stating that the issues are beng fixed (even though that was obvious) and isn't "bashing" it...
When did you hit rock bottom? *Sigh
