First off LittleBigPlanet is my most wanted game this year, but I will admit that I do feel myself that there is prehaps just too much hype for the game, I must stress that I am not saying the game is over-hyped, because of the fact that this game is your own game, you can make whatever you and the possiblities are endless, however I do feel that the game is just everywhere at the minute (it's jumped to N4G's hottest game in the past week) and that only pushes my expectations of the game high...
Give us trophies and we'll go get them guns oursleves!

And on the topic of copying Microsoft, I suppose you could look at it that way, or you could look at it like, before 2.4, there was no real need for a keypad to type messages quicker, now that you can send messages during games, your going to want to do it quick...
What about Home and EyePet? does that do it for you?
Ratchet and Clank looks beautiful on PS3, it does not look like a hi-res PS2 game, maybe this reviewer should have gone to spec-savers.
If your going to talk about putting a platformer to rest, how about Mario?, I don't know about others but I'm sick and tired of Nintendo wheeling out the Italian plumber every time they need to make money, Mario, Mario party, Mario golf, Sonic and Mario at the Oylmpics, the list goes on.

I thought of it as 2-4 hours of high quality audio has got to be about 150MB, and I'm sure theres quite a few languages it has to be translated too, english, spanish, german, french and more, they will all add up, they probably could have shaved off 100-200Mb though.
I would have thought a country as large as America with so many different cultures living in it, would have included at least some of the main languages.

Sony are schooling Nintendo and MS atm, in the sense that, this is how you make a game that will appeal to both hardcore gamers and casual gamers.

Depends how Sony market it really, I still think the PS3 is a little too high a price to buy a child for themselves.
I showed it to my sister and she instantly ran to my mum asking for a PS3 for chirstmas with that game lol, but obviosly she would not have known it exsisted untill i showed it to her.
So if Sony get that video playing on the TV screens of GAME and Gamestop, in time for christmasn, then they will have a winner!
And she adores it, even more than the footage of LittleBig I showed her, she's asking for it for christmas now apparently lol.

Really glad I own a PS3.
It has to be Arctic Monkeys, all thier instruments play a big part in thier songs, and thier drums would be awesome.
I think Sony should start informing people through e-mail that they are able to upgrade thier PS3 harddrive, you know to inform the casual market, maybe make an offcail instruction video on thier website or something.

Hear me out for a second, MS are going to release this SKU at $350, that's 60gb for $350, in a few weeks the 80gb PS3 will $399. So if you buy yourself a Live account your already equal the 80gb PS3 price point, but you have a smaller HDD and no Blu-Ray player...It just doesn't make any sense from a consumer point of view to buy an Xbox. I'm not from America but if thier is something else included in the bundle please let me know.
